The room was quite small and the door of the bathroom quite an invention, as it does not close it just 'hangs' like a curtain, leaving 4-5 cm open on three sides. Not recommended for a romantic trip... The bathroom is very small, impossible to keep it dry while taking a shower.

The kindness and effectiveness of the staff, the location was pretty good (although the metro line is not very useful for sightseeing), but the bus 30 station is just in front of the hotel and takes one to La Tour Eiffel.

The room size and the floor layout felt very cramped and dungeon like. The slanting roof in our top floor room was very deceptive and I kept banging my head on it given there was very little space between that and my side of the bed to move around.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We got a chance to early check in after a long flight and that is appreciated. The location is quite central and is worth it

Only minor things like not having room amenities topped up automatically (e.g. coffee capsules, complementary water); the room also only had one robe and pair of slippers when we first arrived, but all of these are easily resolved for by calling reception.

The location was ideal — a stone’s throw from Rue des Abbesses in Montmartre and near the shops; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean and bathrooms super comfortable. The small treats left in the room also made for a nice treat. We also had a room with a view of the Sacre Coeur, which made for lovely mornings and evenings. Easily the hotel we enjoyed best in our trip.

Rooms are very small. On the Saturday night it was really noisy, the other nights were fine though.

Close to the metro station so was easy to get around Paris. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, down side streets. Room was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Refillable water bottle in the room, filtered water station was located near the reception and you could use this at anytime.

The hotel is super close to a metro station and a lovely walk away from Sacre-Coeur, which were the main reasons for staying here! The staff were friendly and helpful (luggage-hold is also an option) and there is a nice area in the reception to chill in. The room was decent - having nuxe products to use was a bonus! The neighbourhood was always lively, but having not researched the neighbourhood beforehand was a bit of a surprise when we reached but interesting!!

A little disappointed our view was just of the main road. Reading about the hotel it talked about beautiful roof top views so maybe had higher expectations.

In the room there was no where to hang a coat. Especially problematic when it's been raining and you have no place to dry clothes. Also no draws to place your belongings only a very small wardrobe

The personal was not as nice as in other hotels I have been.

The best thing no doubt is the breakfast. The hotel was ok. Nothing remarkable. I would definitely look for a different hotel in my next visit in Paris.
