Building work going on at the back of the hotel so bedroom windows are screened off with translucent plastic. Can’t get fresh air into the room. Breakfast too expensive - €32 for the buffet. Eat out for half the price.

I wasn't expecting to have to pay a €100 room deposit on arrival or the City Tax. The deposit still hasn't been returned to my account 24 hours later so I'm a little concerned. Also the hairdryer in the room wasn't good. The electricaical cable was broken. Otherwise it was all perfect.

Excellent location. Close to Opera & Galleries Lafayette. 1 minute walk to Metro. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very nice, helpful staff. Beautiful building, stylishly decorated. The room was huge by Paris standards and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and really comfortable. It feels like a 5 Star Hotel.

The Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The lady at the Restaurant made the guests feel like being at home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was of a good standard. The hotel is well located.

Something is renovated, but something needs to be renovated (e.g.doors, wardrobes). Although beds are new, as well as bathtube. Personnel tries to be helpful, but there are too many people working at the reception, so information passes between them not so perfectly. Although I'm grateful for all the help and attention provided. Cleaning service could've been better. Upon arrival we found some trash on the floor and sometimes after cleaning our bed was not made at all.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days in spring. We had nice 2 interconnecting rooms with balcony overlooking Haussmann Blvd, which was lovely. The Hotel is not big, but nice. Location is perfect, Metro station is located just opposite the hotel (lines 8&9), bus station right in front of the hotel. You can get to Lafayette Gallery in 5 minutes. Restaurants and shops quite close. Moreover the street is wide with trees and traditional 19th century French houses. We also liked the breakfast with fruits, waffles, cheeses, croissants and fresh juices.

It was warm in the room, even after we turned off all heating.

Great location, beautiful and authentic hotel. Great staff and an early check in was available, which was very nice due to our early arrival after a long flight.

The bed is amazing. Slept very well every single day. The location is also great: you can walk to many attraction such as Louvre. The decoration is super fun as well. I ended up working from the hotel multiple days

Old building renowned but still need for more details. La sweetie room was moulded smell, Everyday I have to reset my key, not working well. Low pressure shower not enough hotwater. But all the best staff and nice breakfast! Happy to stay but high pricing.
