The A/C unit was above a large wardrobe which significantly affected its operation. It was very cold so I needed heat in the room. Suggest you get rid of the wardrobe or replace it with one that is smaller in height so that the temperature sensor in the A/C unit is not affected. Otherwise good.

Wifi connection in my room wasn't great, it kept cutting for some reason. Don't know why.

Breakfast is OK, Bread, Croissants, butter, jams and Nespresso. Although I prefer eggs in the morning, the staff is so nice so I eat breakfast there and have a chat.

The room is tiny, you have to squeeze past the bed to go in and out of the room. Double room but better fit for only one person of average size, for a very short stay. The AC didn't work. It was a bit warm so had to sleep with window open

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Glad I got the room with a balcony otherwise the room would be claustrophobic

Room is a little small so everything felt very squished. The pillows were quite hard which was a little uncomfortable. The room looked a bit run down but overall still good.

Really close in proximity to the train station (4 minutes) so and to the beach. Main shopping strip is just around the corner from the hotel. Had issues with the sink and the staff fixed it more or less within a day of being notified. Room had a refrigerator so was perfect for storing food.

On booking it says that they have free parking, but they dont. You must park in the park-house on the other street. It is very close, but 28eur for 24hours.

The room was nice, with a great view. The elevator however is very small.. The location is great! They are also pet friendly.

Balconies without funitures never did it for me, I'm to old to feel joy sitting on the floor. A possibility to make your own coffee would also have been great.

Room was much smaller than expected. When I stayed in June I had a big room which is why I booked for myself and my sister this time. We could barely get between the bed and the wall. Bathroom was tiny. But it is a manageable room size for one traveler.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Location is excellent, this was my second time to stay here. Room was clean, nice balcony. No noise from street.

Rooms are quite small and pokey but they have everything you need. People in rooms next to us come home at 3am every night being really loud- not the properties fault but walls must be very thin.

Great location! The friendliest man at check in, always so happy and ready to help with anything. Offered coffee/snack and always gave us new bottles of water everyday. He is the best!

The staff was very supportive and kind. The hotel is just few steps away from sea front and shopping area. Rooms with air con was a pleasure to cool down. Daily cleaning services and lovey breakfasts with coffee. I highly recommend this place.

The room we had was very, very small, with no balcony or windows, but we were notified of this by the hotel when we booked the room. There is only one small waredrobe in the room and nearly not enough storage space. There are no night stands, nor power plugs by either side of the bed. The sink was in the room, not in the bathroom. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and there were only blankets available as covers, so we were quite hot considering we were there in the first half of august. Overall, not bad for the price we paid, compared to the rest of the Booking options that were available in Cannes

It's a small but good hotel, with the best location, very near the beach, the shopping area, La Croisette, the Cannes Palais des Festivals. Everything is 2-3 minutes walk. Old Town and train station are 5-7 min walk. The staff is super kind and friendly and helpful. They offer free coffee and bottles of water on daily basis, whenever you ask, plus you can use the hotel beach accesoiries for free (umbrellas, beach towels...). The rooms are cleaned every day, the AC is good, and free toiletries are provided
