I didn't like the discrepancy between what Intrepid were charged and what booking.com charged. I did live my room though so l guess it was worth it.

Liked the reception staff. I loved the gardens and all the shrubs around.

Slow response of the front office. During check in the breakfast was not visible in the system only on booking app. Later called 2 times for tv remote control batteries no response from the Hotel.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. For room price of such amount, services were quite less. Overall ambiance was good but still it was not good enough for that amazing experience.

Parking can be tricky especially if u arrive with lots of luggage as the parking is behind the hotel on a small ground. More Goan delicacies on the food menu please !

Nice clean rooms, prompt services, good breakfast, clean pool . Good peaceful location yet on the road and close to restaurants, wine shops and supermarkets. 10 min walk to the beach.

Constantly couldn’t get into our rooms which was sooo frustrating!! Also the door system would fail so when leaving it wouldn’t lock wasting more time waiting for someone to attend. So many staff but so unresponsive, some can be rude and hang around which can be uncomfortable for those staying in rooms on their own. Would not recommend

The quality of the hotel is going down. I stayed here in 2022 as well as now (2023) and due to change in ownership the quality has gone down. Also they charge exorbitant prices when you order from the restaurant. For example a bottle of Pepsi cost me 98 rupees whereas it is available for 40 rupees. They apply gst over the mrp of pepsi which is illegal and unfair business practice. The toilet rolls were rationed to just one per day though we had booked executive room which is their 2nd highest category room. They need a lot of improvement. I loved it the first time I was here so booked it again this time. Hut after my stay here this time around, possibly I will look for something else for my next year’s trip.

Location is great as it is close to the Morjim beach. Also taxi and bike for hire are available just in front of the hotel.

The guard did our check in, staff was missing. The security guard is definitely more efficient than the staff there, he should be promoted to a manager and paid a better salary. Staff is confused. They charged us twice for a room. Food is terrible.

Transportation. People who are dependent on public mode of transportation will have no option but to hire a cab which is relatively expensive. Bikes and cars are available on rent, which can be a better option for people who can drive

Location is perfect for people who are looking for quiet beaches. Staff is very helpful. Chef Santosh is very friendly and hospitable. All other staff are also very helpful. Pool side view is amazing.

Menu options were very limited and staff was not properly trained on their offerings. A lot of scope to improve on in terms of hospitality.

The front office staff was very sweet to greet and talk to. Rooms were of a good size.

The rooms are claustrophobic. The ceilings are too low. Also there are no fans so the ac blast from low ceilings hits you in head. The beds are smaller than expected and not comfortable. There are very frequent power outages and it takes a couple of minutes for the power backup to kick in. Very hard to manage when you are with children who can get perturbed by this esp at night. Also not helpful when you need to also squeeze in a meeting. We also got stuck in the lift due to this. The breakfast is average. Not bad not great.

The staff is friendly. The location is convenient and a couple of minute's drive from the beach and some great restaurants. The pool is the saving grace. Small in size but great for family time esp if you with kids.
