Rooms a bit 'designer' but not so functional e.g. no chair or desk/dressing table or drawers, just a puff seat. Also quite dark with the dark decor and wood panelling, needs more lighting.

A theft. I had booked for 5 nights but due to train delay I had to skip one night. I sent an email and called to notify of my delay. When I called the staff answered that is was fine and then I was charged for 5 nights with a 4 night stay at the end. They also tried to avoid to provide a full receipt with the duration of the stay,

The air conditioning / heating in the room was really noisy, even when switched off fans were going all night keeping me awake. The decor in the room was dated and in need of repair in some cases. The onsite fitness centre really let's the hotel down, for a 5 star hotel I would expect more than 3 cardio machines and 1 weight machine dumped into what is essentially an empty guest room.

Room was a great size and the general hotel has a premium look and feel to it. The bed was really comfortable.

We've stayed here several times and it never disappoints. The receptionists were very nice, especially Laura. The rooms were always neat and the location is accessible via metro.

I believe value for money is just not there. I've travelled to Paris three times already and stayed in a few hotels. This one is rated five stars even though it has very little amenities. Fitness centre is small. No swimming pool or some other activities. Simply did not feel like "the highest levels of luxury".

The interior of the hotel is really beautiful. Check-in and checkout process went smoothly. Breakfast was fine. I could not call it great but had pretty much everything one would expect. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel. We paid for 5 stars but didn’t get that… I was specifically disappointed with the breakfast and coffee. When we arrived at breakfast about 1h before it closed, most of the food was gone and took quite some time to get replaced. You shouldn’t have to wait for food at a 5-star hotel. The quality of the coffee was awful. I ordered an oat cappuccino and pretty sure I was given a regular milk one. What if I was allergic? We also got a coffee when we came back in the evening, we paid 12€ for one espresso and one cappuccino from a basic machine with bad foam… that was a rip off. On another note, the bed was quite narrow for a double bed and some items in the room felt quite old. There are also works going on on one side of the hotel at the moment. We asked for a room on the other side so it was ok but worth noting for people.

We were upgraded and liked the room we were given. The bed was a bit squeaky but the rest of the room was nice and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice.

Was charged an extra night for late checkout, price was unreasonable. Staff wasn't friendly except for 2 ladies who worked the morning shift. Male staff was rude and unpleasant.

Guests are not permitted to store their luggage at the hotel. We had to leave the hotel for two days and return, with the need to store one piece of luggage. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't assist with this. Six days before our second check-in, we were only 27 minutes past the last cancellation deadline. When we inquired at the hotel front desk, they assured us that canceling or changing the second reservation would not be an issue, but it had to be done through Booking.com. However, our request for a change was declined by the hotel when made online via booking.com. Attempting to cancel resulted in the hotel charging us the full amount.
