The room is quite tiny but we have the expectation and understand that it is common in Paris. :) The lighting is a little bit dim.

THe location is good with many boutiques, shops and supermarkets nearby. It only takes 10-15mins walk to Eiffel Tower and metro. We also love that the hotel is equipped with a lift so that we can take our heavy baggages to the room by lift! The staff are willing to help if needed and the room cleaning service is good.

There were some nights when the heat wasn’t turned on and it was a little cold. Maybe a suggestion for the room is to add more light. In the evening, it was really dark. In general, the room was clean but there were some dirty spots.

If I have to find something, maybe the room's a little dark in colours.

A bit cold during the night …

Location was great, 10 minutes down the road and you will find a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower! Lots of sites to visit within walking distance, but there are also Metro stations close by if you would prefer to get the train. Hotel staff were polite and helpful, our room was clean and warm. The only heads-up we’d give is that if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that does not face the courtyard as it was a little noisy with people coming and going. But saying that, we were there for the new year so it was bound to be noisier than usual with everyone partying! Overall though, a lovely hotel and we had a very enjoyable new year in Paris 🙂 Merci!

The room was a little but dirty on our 3d day but in general the housekeeping cleans your room everyday.

Everything was perfect. I would like to mention the location since the Eiffel Tower is very close. Many options for transportation, tube and bus stops just few meters away. The room was very nice, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the staff were welcoming and polite.

The hotel is expensive for the level of service, for example we didn’t have a fridge, or mini bar which would have been very helpful. We had bottles of water the first day, and expected these to be replenished every time the room was cleaned, but they were not. The lighting in the room is very poor, so checking for bits and pieces you may have left when packing up is hard! Also, there is no shower gel in bottles, only a wall dispenser which reminds me of budget hotels.

The hotel is in the heart of a lovely, safe, residential district with good links to central Paris. It is quiet and clean, and secure. The staff are courteous, but not overly convivial.

We absolutely love staying at Villa Nicolo. The location is perfect for a weekend getaway in Paris, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are gorgeously decorated, can't recommend it enough!

very nice with good taste. a bit hidden in a side street, therefore quiet. Good location for OECD or other meetings in 16th Arr. In walking distance to Seine and Tour Eiffel.

This is picky but room could be a little brighter.

Breakfast was fresh and good selection every morning. All staff were friendly and really helpful. They went the extra mile for us. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Nice safe neighborhood.
