Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyLocation, location, location! Phil Dunphy Season 1, Episode 2 Modern Family haha. A heartfelt thank you to the staff! The location couldn't be better, and the staff's exceptional service truly goes above and beyond. While the rooms are small, it's standard for Paris. The breakfast was delightful, and the provision of coffee, water, and fruits throughout the day was a thoughtful touch. The availability of chess and dominoes in the common area was a definite bonus for us. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the comfort of the beds and pillows.

United StatesWe specifically booked this hotel for the location and the availability of a room with a balcony. The balcony was great, but did mean our room was on the smaller side. Not much space to store luggage, etc, but the bed was raised so you could slide things underneath.

Location is perfect with amenities, shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Pigalle and Montmartre really close. Design of rooms and really great shower. Comfortable bed.

The hotel and room were very nice, really quirky and quite a small boutique hotel, the room size was fine for central city location. The location was great, in a safe and friendly location, beside a police station. there are bars and bakeries all around. It is 10 mins walk from moulin rouge & 20 mins to Montmarte, 10 mins to the train station, close to 3 metro stations & 20 min walk from a great shopping location where the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann is. We walked to the Eiffel tower from here, but I think we got a metro back! We were in one of the rooms on the top floor which looked out to the rear so probably not one of their best rooms, it felt a little dark, but the exposed beams were beautiful, and we were not in it much in the day. The bed was big and comfortable, a little cold in February so they gave us an extra duvet. The bathroom was big, but the shower water pressure was terrible, for a hair washing it was a long chore waiting for the shampoo to rinse out. I always take wipes and clean / reclean my hotel room surfaces, and this room was fine. I would have preferred a kettle over a coffee machine with pods, there is no kettles available at the hotel so bring a travel kettle if you need tea! We did not have breakfast included as we tend not to eat breakfast in hotels, however this hotel has a lovely offering of fruit and small items, pastries and sweets, coffee & water in the lounge for guests to get a small snack, which is a lovely touch. They also offer you to use their glass refillable water bottles and take one to your room which is useful, so you don't have to buy bottled water and bring it back to your room, cost savings & environmentally friendly, which we loved. If we went to Pairs again or were recommending to a friend, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

CroatiaI did not have complains, but I would assume if someone with more hair than me used a hair drier, drying would last long. By power, it is comparable to those for babies. No proper light for putting make up. I did not have a feeling of a 4 stars hotel, but it is better than an average 3 stars hotel.
The location is very good, both for the public transportation and for sight seeing. The Moulin Rouge is just 500 m, but also a walk from the Louvre is nice. There are many restaurants nearby and a nice winery. The great location brings savings on space; hence the elevator and the rooms are relatively small. I did not take breakfast, but I enjoyed fruits, tea and coffee that were offered. My bed was comfortable and I had a nice balcony with the street view, that I liked. It is not loud on the street. One could hear people from nearby restaurants, but not in the room when the balcony door was closed. I would return to this hotel.

IrelandBreakfast seemed a little unorganised. But a nice selection all the same. And the staff were still pleasant even though they seemed to be under pressure with numbers, amount of crockery and cutlery.
The hotel has a great atmosphere, stayed in a deluxe room with balcony which was a lovely addition. Great sized room with a king sized bed and the shower was excellent. Staff were all really pleasant and helpful.

ItalyBecause our dog was barking - they forced us to come back when we were visiting Louvre. This is NOK. You should make your structure comfy for all clients and services you are offering. The breakfast - Not enough seats for everyone, not enough food, and low quality. Service poor. Overall not at the level of the hotel. I would suggest to place more tables in the lobby, and remove the fancy staff which are only for decoration (like the mono table soccer....)
Hotel super stylish, the room is small but ideal for weekend trips. Cleaning good, checkin and check out service in the norm. They accept dogs which is a plus - but you must isolate more the rooms in case of barking .

United KingdomThe breakfast was nothing special, and the breakfast room is very small. The room was comfortable but tired in places. We arrived at 2pm but was told our room wouldn’t be ready until 3pm. This was not an issue, and we relaxed in the lobby for a while. However, 2 hours later we were still waiting, and others had been checked in. This was disappointing, and we weren’t given any reason for the delay.
A small, but clean and nicely decorated hotel. Water, tea and coffees available for self service at all times. Staff friendly. Quiet rooms and comfortable.

ItalyIf I really have to say somethin, I would just say that maybe is not perfectly clean, but it is because some textiles, frequently used in hotels, are dfficult to clean. I am talking about the little sofa, for example. I would suggest to use different materials for that such as syntethic leather. Easier to clean and to present to clients. Anyway It's still probably better than other hotel at the same price range. Bathroom was very clean and the bed as well. very good welcoming.
Room is not big, but it has a little charm (just a little, don't have too much expectations), it is well cleaned, the room temperature is good, the bed is very comfortable (as a standard 4 star hotel), the bathroom is great, honestly, with that murble is very stylish, and the shower has a very nice hot water and is working very well. Tea parfumed with jasmine was appreciated, as the coffee machine. It has been a very good place for me and my lovely partner.

Was worried on arrival as work was being done to some of the rooms but they were very mindful and work didn’t begin until way after 9am it also wasn’t too loud or disruptive so couldn’t complain. Would recommend and would stay again.
