1 out of 4 lights were working. The door from room to bathroom did not close. It needs updating. The cover was off the Aircon switch which left exposed electric wires.

Door to the bathroom does not close. Shower and toilet is a no go. Basically you have to be careful that during the shower you don't get the toilet all wet. Lights above bed should not have night light to see where they are. They always shine to your head. No personell was on sight.

The rooms were tatty and tired. There were cigarette burns on the duvet cover. It was however, fairly clean. Breakfast was in another hotel nearby but that was not a problem.

The hotel was basic but fine for a short stayover. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. There was free WiFi and this was a bonus for me. The location is perfect for getting into Geneva. The area was quiet and residential.

A problem with the system meant that one of our 3 pre-paid rooms was not able to be "validated", which was ridiculous as all 3 were paid for together in advance on the same card through booking.com, and we had to pay again for this room for both nights of our stay, over 100 euros. We were only able to reclaim this money through booking.com, and despite submitting all the required documents, we have still not been refunded over 4 weeks later. Also no hooks in bathroom, toilet seat would not stay up, sticky patch on one floor and bunk safety rail broken in one room.

Terrible condition of the room, everything is not very good. The toilet is like on a train, the toilet door does not close and it stinks of sewage. The air conditioner was faulty and it was very cold all night

Well... the position is not comfortable if you don't have a car (20 min by walk to reach the bus stop toward Geneva), the room is small, the covers were not cleaned or damaged, some spiders...

The location is very difficult to get by if you are travelling with public transport. The reception is in a building next to the road and if you are arriving outside the usual working time, you will find it difficult to contact the staff even though the reception is nearby. They have not provided any information regarding that in the premises of the hotel. I had to stand in front of the hotel for a long time until two men who stayed there came and told me that the reception is in the next building.

Overall the room, facilities etc were fine. Quiet ambience.

The staff aren't too helpful, the room is very small and the bathroom even smaller, the location isn't very well served by public transport and you have to walk almost 2km to get to the bus stop. Taxis aren't easily available either. The rooms aren't well cleaned. The TV doesn't connect to the internet and all channels are free to air in French

The hotel itself is decent and clean. The room was clean, but the only problem is It stinks! It smells of sweat, even the pillows and bed stinks…

stained bed sheets with cigarette stains, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, shower head holder broken - automatic check in didn’t work, so rang the number to be greeted by a very rude member of staff, who wasn’t sympathetic or polite to the fact that I couldn’t understand what she was saying.

The bed rail on top bunk was broken so we could not use the bed the doors on the toilet did not close. One window looked directly into another room so had to have curtains closed.

The rooms were very small and basic, but clean.ok for short overnight stay not long stay.

The Broken bunk bed was fixed with a Metal Chain and cable holders. A bed light did not work. Part of the wall was repaired with another texture wall covering. The room and bed were tiny. Too small for 2 people. The room looked run down.

We arrived late, after the normal arrival hours. So I tried the self check-in using my credit card, as stated by instructions, but it didn't work, since the staff already issued my room key, but left it at a neighbouring hotel without informing me. So it took a few phone calls to find my key. Now, after some weeks, it seems the payment hasn't been collected yet.
