The toilets are way too short. Especially for tall people. But they are shorter than normal

One of the elevators (the one near our room) was broken, so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to another elevator and then all the way back around the building to get to our room.

Sofa bed mattress was worn badly and falling apart in all 3 rooms, linen for sofa bed was not in room and we had to go to the lobby for all 3 rooms and get it which was multiple trips bc the other adults had ro stay with minors in the room. Bathtubs are old with many chips in the porcelain

The door was heavy and very noisy. We were in and out a lot so we worried about disturbing others around us. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as usual and the pillows were awful. They were flat and small. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low and the kitchen sink was slow to drain. The breakfast wasn’t as good as normally either. The powered eggs, not real meat sausage links. The waffles were cold and when heated up in the microwave the became bricks. I also was not impressed with the $25.00 incidental fee at check in to be refunded at check out. There was nothing in the room to be charged for so I was extremely confused on that one.

We’ve always loved this hotel it’s one of our favorite places to stay.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. We found several items from previous guests in our suite when we moved furniture: socks, a container of q-tips, a candy wrapper. There also hadn't been a full cleaning job in the bathroom with dirty areas on the floor behind the toilet and at the base of the shower glass. The facilities also had some wear and tear: the rotating plate missing from the microwave, rust around the shower heads, a sunken area in the middle of the couch where the springs wore out. But it was a comfortable stay with the space we needed and we made it work.

Loved the rare two bedroom/ two bathroom suite. It was the perfect size for our group. Loved the free breakfast and free parking.

There were ants in our bathroom. We could hear a train horn in the distance, but it wasn't too bothersome. The water pipes were whistling all morning.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was impressed by the dishes and cookware available in the kitchen. Even better - a dishwasher! The patio/courtyard area is inviting and includes a pool, hot tub, putting green, grills, and plenty of seating. Definitely would stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Common areas were clean and cared for by staff. The breakfast was ok. It was free, so I can't really complain. Decent variety, but not many healthy options.

When we arrived at our room there was a light out in the kitchen. A tile had come off and it looked like liquid was spilled on the wall. We told hotel management twice. The light was fixed the next day. The tile was never fixed and the walls weren't wiped down.

The breakfast was fair. Food was hot. French toast and pancakes was over cooked.

Hotel staff hounds guests about the cold breakfast buffet because they have two hotels in one garden inns shares the property definitely would have stayed at the Hilton downtown if I knew this property was going to make there guest feel like they were stealing a complimentary buffet

Need to clean more thoroughly. Refrigerator, kitchen, bathroom. They would run out of food before breakfast was over and they need more variety of drinks, yougart and cereal.

Spacious room, staff friendly and welcoming, facility nice decor, Great cook the food was cooked well. When I needed something the staff took care of it right away.

The breakfast was mediocre. The menu was the same both days: scrambled eggs and sausage. We paid a bit more for the room because it included breakfast, but it wasn't at value to justify higher pay.

Check in was for 3pm. We arrived after 4 and was told our room was still not ready. Our family along with 3-4 other guests had to wait almost an hour to check into our room. Also the kitchenette was not clean crumbs from previous guest was all over the counters. We went for a swim came back wanting to blow dry the kids hair and the hairdryer didn’t work.At bedtime we pulled out the sofa bed and pulled the linen out of the closet it was dirty and all stained up. I decided to call the front desk and only sheets were available no pillows or blankets. I was informed that all housekeepers had left for the evening and there was no key to the closet!!

I enjoyed the set up of our suite.

We were given 3 different rooms. The first was occupied, second filthy ) dirty dishes, dirty fudge , gotten bananas in cabinet , a wad of hair on the bath tub wall), the 3rd was clean but the air wasn’t working well. There were trash bags of trash left outside of rooms in front of several rooms. No working ice maker on our floor(4). Had to go to the 1st floor for Ice. The hotel in general was run down. Not worth $150 plus a night. Manager did her best but all of the down falls were unacceptable.

The manager ended up comping our room because of multiple problem
