Room was with signs of mould on window and in shower cabin. In corridor was extremely weird smell of something.

I didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all, perhaps because they do breakfast differently in France compared to the UK but yeah breakfast was very limited. The light in the corridor way was not working which made it quite scary and pitch black at times when getting out the lift but minor. I wish the receptionist are more friendly, imaging travelling through planes etc and just waiting to check in to hotel, after all the missions to not even be greeted a welcome was a let down but considering the price paid I wasn’t expecting high star service. If some staff could learn English this would be great.

I liked that it was close to Disneyland for us. Literally used this room to sleep in etc as was out all day so was perfect for this! Beds were comfortable and really loved the travel route to Disneyland. There’s local shops etc and had a little walk around the neighbourhood. Nearest train station was Torcy which was the main station here.

Older hotel and some stuff not working good. Door from the toilet was broken and can’t closed good and there was a burn smell in the rooms

Cold room, heater was off and on. Smelt of smoke.on voridoor, no plates/bowls for breakfast, lots of noise during night despite signs asking people to be quiet

Wifi wasn't working. Barely able to communicate with staff due to language barrier Fire alarm went off at 5am Unable to use the card that I booked the room on.

Room wasn’t really clean, loads of hairs on the bed linen. Also, the door handle of the bathroom door was completely broken. It would not lock and could only close if someone gave it a hard shove from the outside, but afterwards you could not get out anymore from the inside unless people in the room gave it a yank. Hazardous in cases of fire or other calamities.

Room was quiet, sturdy bedframe, secure parking area behind the hotel for 5 euros a night, very low tourist tax, and all in all we paid very little.

There was a smell coming from the sink. And on retuning to our room on the final night of our stay the room door was not closed. Fortunately nothing was missing from our room

Overall our stay was okay - it was exactly what we needed - a bed to sleep in after full days in the Disney parks

The room 108 which we stayed in had several problems. The room door was open when we arrived because of a technical problem and was hard to close. A really load beep was heard unless the water valve was set at slightly open position letting water to waste! There was no cleaning soap in the WC.

It is a real budget hotel that worthes what we pay. I have been here before in a room with no problem at all.

The breakfast is not well furnished to my taste, at times, the queue of people is too long at the reception, making it difficult for people to navigate around and to be helped appropriately and quickly.

The calmness of the room and the location of the hotel, close to the main transport network, allowed me to move around quickly.

The manager was horrible because i complained my daughter was having nose bleed because the rooms were too hot and i needed fan to cool her down but there wasn't enough fan in the hotel, two fans have been given out and one in the reception. I wanted to talk to the manager about it he totally ignored me. That made our stay not cool
