I rarely write reviews but the stay at this hotel was so excellent that I feel compelled to. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly, especially Ibrahim who met us on the first night. I had arranged to have flowers in the room as a surprise for my partner, and Ibrahim was a real help with this. The hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff very efficient and to a very high quality. The location is excellent, right by lots of bars and restaurants and also, the metro. I really can't recommend this hotel enough. I had an excellent stay and am very grateful to the staff.

Everything. The location was ok. Easy access to the metro station. Comfortable bed, small bathroom, clean and neat. The overall stay was great! Will definitely come back here and I recommend it to everyone. The staff were helpful and amazing!

There was mould on the walls, and we found bugs in our bed. We didn't get any of the free amenities that were advertised. We only got a shower gel that was already placed in the shower. We didn't get the conditioner or the shampoo. The owner told us that he would give them to us the next day, but we didn't get them. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear the neighbours. We also had to pay twice, and it took almost a week for one of the sums to get back to us. The room was very dark because some of the lights didn't work.

Nothing of big importance, overall it was a very comfortable stay. Shower head was a bit tilted and the coffee for breakfast was not very good, but these are not important enough to take away from the rest of the facilities/stay/comfort/location.

Metro station was right next to the hotel (Line 3), the room was big enough for 3 people and seemed bigger than other options available, and was cleaned daily. The breakfast was OK for the price (13 euros), not too many options but sufficient enough (except for the coffee which was not very good) . The Staff is friendly and accomodating. There is a supermarket very close to the hotel.

Love the view, the room size, very comfortable. There is elevator to bring up large luggages. Very comfortable room to share with you loves one and friend. Nearby metro and easy access to various attraction places.

What a fantastic hotel! Lovely staff, way too kind, perfect location and overall excellent experience. Room was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and no sounds at all. Highly recommend this place, this will be my go to when I come to Paris for sure!

The toilet might be smell if you don’t close the door. Some noise from the street and the next room. No electric kettle.

So close to the metro and bus, walking within 5min. 20 minute walking distance to the Beauvais shuttle bus station. Nice and friendly staff Lift is small but can fit a person and a small suitcase, which is so hard to find in Paris. Room is small but it is comfortable.

Very cute and boutique hotel! There aren’t too many rooms so the staff is very personable and accommodating. The location is close to the Arc de Triomphe, but a little further for the Eiffel Tower. We walked everywhere, but Paris is huge and this location was great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

We loved the decorations and the attention to detail in everything. Location is great and you have a lot of restaurants, coffees and convenience stores around. The bed is perfect so comfortable. The staff is really nice, so kind and respectful. The whole hotel was beyond our expectations.

Reasons I won't stay here again and can't recommend it: 1. Absolutely no soundproofing: I heard throats being cleared and suitcases being zipped in the next room. I lost hours of sleep because of this, and spent a day exhausted, to the point that I had to come back to the hotel to nap for an hour in the afternoon (when other guests were fortunately out). An incredible waste. 2. One towel had a distinctive and off-putting large stain. I didn't want to use it and put it on the floor. After the room was cleaned, I found the same stained towel folded back on the towel rack. 3. I was traveling alone, so I didn't have to close the door of the WC fully, but I'm not sure a tall person could have closed the door while sitting on the toilet, given the placement of the knees. The shower was also tiny (so that it was hard to turn around without accidentally knocking the hot water lever). This is normal for low-end European hotels, but what's not so normal: the showerhead holder was angled so that you had to hold the showerhead in your hand while the water was running to keep it from flowing straight up over the cubicle door. 4. Although there's an elevator, you have to carry your bags up a full flight of stairs to reach the mislabeled ground floor where the elevator begins.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed over the first of May and especially appreciated being offered the muguet du bonheur (the lily of the valley for happiness) according to the May Day tradition. The hotel is also extremely close to the Metro, which is good with luggage.

The walls are a little thin so it’s easy to hear noise nearby, but we found that it was no bother.

The location of the hotel was lovely, only 2 minutes from the metro. The rooms were spacious and decorated lovely, also very clean. The staff were all so lovely and helpful.

I had to work and the hotel offered for me to sit in the reception area which was lovely. The room was clean and the hotel is in a really accessible area with the Metro right outside the door and a bicycle station around the corner.
