The kitchen and bathroom were a little tired, but honestly made no difference

Very spacious apartment, extremely clean and well located to the tramline. The kitchen was fully equipped which was a nice surprise. Check in and out was a smooth and easy process. Reception staff were happy to help and answer any questions. Would absolutely book again!

very basic, several cleaning issues (we had several rooms, and there were hairs in the bedsheet, stained towels, dirty room and toilets). one of my colleagues even found a dirty needle in the reception. the elevator was so slow, and they even scheduled a mantainance during breakfast time, the most busy time. beeing at the 6th floor this was annoying.

breakfast was good on the sweet part, although very basic on the savory part.

The location was very deserted Room had extremely dim lighting Bathroom was smelling of urine Duvets and pillows were stained and dirty Stayed for 15 minutes and left because it was disgusting. We paid €106 for the night that we did not stay, I hope they will refund the money. We expected maybe not luxurious but a clean room we were supposed to stay 2days but we cancelled the second day and had to find another hotel that night at 10-11 pm after a long drive from Toulouse. Very disappointed with this hotel. The room looked nothing like the photo advertised

The water stream in the shower was disappointingly weak, the water temperature seemed to have a mind of its own, switching rapidly between hot and cold without warning and the shower's drainage issue was even a bigger problem, causing water to pool up and flood the bathroom multiple times during a short shower. They claim to have rooms equipped with hairdryers but in the reality the whole 1st day of our stay we didn’t have any cuz, as a receptionist said, “they were all in use”

The hotel notified us after our visit that inspections had found issues with their water and that some visitors had experienced illness. This was not surprising. The rooms smelled musty, especially the bathrooms and there was some mould. More generally the rooms need a complete upgrade.

Booked a Superior Twin for my adult son and myself. We were given a Standard Double...no explanation. After 15 minutes discussion we were then given Standard twin room. On entering we discovered there was no air conditioning. We returned to reception and were told that there was no air con in the whole hotel and it had been a problem. As this was one of our top priorities, we had no choice but to leave and requested a refund. This was 8pm on a Saturday night. We booked an alternative hotel, which cost us more. We contacted Appartcity several times to request at least the difference in prices ( a small sum) , but were told no. Obviously they do not update their reservations on booking.com. I use booking.com regularly and have never experienced anything like this before.

Hotel air conditioning does not work. Room was overlooking a cemetery. Very expensive. Staff completely indifferent and rude. Very poorly built concrete bunker building. Very thin walls and noise from sirens and other rooms.

We were guests for 14 days. We paid for an air conditioned hotel but the A/C in our room did not work for 5 days when it was 30C during the day. We complained to the front desk, we were told it was going to be fixed. A contractor came on site one day but it was not any better that night. They came on another day and again that evening it was no joy. We complained to Pierre-Emanuel that same evening, he called the contractor back and it was fixed within the hour. No problems for the rest of our stay. None of the staff offered fans and it was very uncomfortable… so much so that we ended up buying a fan! No mention of a discount due to this! Also, for the first week, there was constant construction noises that would reverberate in our unit. It was like someone chipping tiles off a floor and occurring at odd hours.

Location was good. Water refilling station and laundry facilities good. Pierre-Emanuel, front desk, was exceptional. He went above and beyond. He was the friendliest, accommodating staff member. He never made us feel like we were a burden.

The only thing that it could improve is to offer more shampoo and shower gel. It was really too few for two nights and two people, and there is no room service every day to replenish it. But I believe if I had asked they would have provided me with more.

After a good staying back a few months ago we decided to go for a second time. The staff are friendly and helpful. Reception is open until late (around 11pm I think). Bedroom is big and comfy. Hotel is very nice a tram stop, so very easy to go to the city center and the airport.
