Bar across the road was very noisy 1 night, which wasn’t good for the bedroom facing the street. No noise at back bedroom though.

Location was perfect, hotel very clean and comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. Helped me to source and rent a wheelchair for my mum from pharmacy just up the road.

The night light in the stairwell kept coming on all night and kept us awake. We did have the curtains open because it was quite warm in the room.

The location is excellent and it makes for a great base to explore Paris. The staff were very helpful and breakfast in the room was also excellent.

Although city taxes and breakfast cost went up in January- the signage upon entry, at reception and displayed under information on the tv was still showing old rates.

The king size bed was comfortable it would be even better if mattress is firmer.

Location is super, walking distance to Luxembourg garden, metro station 4 min. and restaurants are plenty nearby. The studio is well equipped including a washer, I also noticed there is a launderette just a few doors away from the hotel. The 4th Arrondismont neighborhood is upscale, quiet and safe. We left behind a pair of Bose head buds on our bed, housekeeping staff found and would ship them back to us. That kind of mangement style says everything about this hotel.

Pool use is payable. Very tiny pool which is part of their soa/hamam so always full. Difficult to get booking in the day, Tiny lift so have to use stairs .only one english channel on tv.

There was a heater, but you couldn't control the heat pump - might be the time of year that we went.

We loved the location, it was perfect! Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English which was so great for us. Plenty of room, it was serviced each day and having the washing machine and clothes rack (we asked for the latter) was amazing. Quiet location - bit of noise from people upstairs but not too bad.

I didn't like being on the first floor because I didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night. Somebody with mobility issues would find that a positive. No negatives as far as the room is concerned

Good size room and well designed so that the little kitchen didn't take up much space. Good location and very close to an RER station for getting to the airport. Quiet at night

Wrong data was entered on the invoice at checkout. When we asked to change it, the employee refused to do so, saying that the entered data was sufficient. The hotel is superbly located in relation to all the attractions. We never used any transportation to get to them during our stay. We enjoyed almost everything except the rudeness of one of the reception staff at check-out. The apartments are really big. Which is rare for Paris. Very clean, lovely bed and excellent WIFI. Coffee capsules were delivered daily. Across the street in front of the mini market with products, working until 01:00. An excellent hotel with very well appointed apartments. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a bed sofa in the lounge/kitchen area. The kitchen had oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. We only stayed for two nights and therefore didn't fully utilise these facilities, other than adding some drinks to the fridge! The fit and finish of the rooms was excellent with a very modern feel. The shower was amazing. All members of the team that we met were friendly and very helpful.

The sleeping arrangements are not ideal for 8 adults. The sofa bed needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable. Two bathrooms / toilets isn’t enough for 8 people.

Fantastic location, very clean, very quiet, good size, great spa. Well equipped kitchen. Would recommend but for 6 rather than 8 adults.

We stayed in La Perle, the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was a really big space, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nice beds. Bathrooms are small but that was no problem.

The size of the room was exceptional by Paris standards and with a private bathroom and kitchenette. Also the convenience of a lift; if and when required. Location very central, a little convenience store over the road, cafes and restaurants a few walking paces and Luxembourg gardens easy walking distance. Metro also close. Met our Australian family there and they had a one bedroom suite with a dining area, full size fridge, washing machine and sofa bed for the children. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Staff were always in reception, helpful and with a friendly smile. We would stay again and recommend to our Australian friends.
