Basic bathroom toiletries - only a small soap provided. A small welcome pack of coffee/tea and milk would be welcome

The wifi is very poor, and some works in the garden started around 7.30 am and woke me up. Just half toilet paper for 4 days🤣

No nearby restaurants. The actual town of Villefranche is a good distance away. The room we stayed in 218 was a little tired. Did I mention trains rolling by all night long?

Fully equipped kitchen, although we didn't use it. Free parking.

The room was a little bit small for 4 adults, but I think it's perfect for a family with 1-2 kids.

As we arrived at midnight, we could not pick up the key at reception normally, so I called reception to advise about the check-in procedures. The receptionist was helpful and clearly directed me to the safety box to pick up the key, and a warm welcome when I arrived. He also suggested some places and restaurants for visits. The swimming pool was great. Our family really enjoy the sunbathing and swimming there. The view is gorgeous. The room is as same as the photos shown online. The balcony view was so beautiful (the garden view). The small kitchen equipped everything, with a wine opener.

We had no hot water the whole time we were there and had no way of communicating this to reception as it was closed. sent multiple messages and tried to call but no reply. it was also winter and we had small children so we couldn’t give them a cold shower. room was really, really small and not really suitable for 5 people as advertised.

there was no Wi-Fi access. one of the sheets also had a mascara stain.

we loved having access to the pool, many beautiful beaches close by, and the balcony was a big plus. we also appreciated the staff by the pool and reception who were very friendly and informative (they lent us a plastic container for food).

cold water on first day!

Nice residence but not designed for 5 people (which is what it is advertised as) because it is small. Best suited to 1 or 2 persons only. View lovely , great balcony and clean. Everything I needed for a week's stay. Thank you.

The room was quite noisy due to the neighbors at night and also not completely clean.

Great location close to Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice.

Noisy due to train, small, tired decor,dusty. check-in service was appalling. We got there on Sunday and the desk didn't open at all on Sunday so rang the number but no answer for an hour. Left a message, again no answer. In the end asked a friendly local to help get our code to get our key out. This all took around 2hrs with 2 tored children. Kitchen wasn't well stocked (no bottle opener in France!)

There was a lack of communication from booking.com regarding the room location (ie. medical needs). Host and manager of Pierre and Vacances remedied accommodation needs upon arrival. Thank you.

Location was great. Staff was great especially Cedric the host. He was by far the friendliest nicest front desk host I have ever encountered. He was a wealth of information and extremely helpful in accommodating our needs during our stay

The sink was blocked. The toilet flush was broken (we have a video), we had to make our own beds (check in is at 4 and when you arrive after a 10 hour drive well making 4 beds is very exhausting) and there were no basic cooking things nor shampoo … terrible value for money.

Lack of communication and no refind.

I came late with a kid and wife, and no one was either answering phones or opening the doors. How jnbelievable to waste £120 and still no one texting back or ringing me regarding a refund I requested at midnight on 18/12/2023. Booking.com staff said that they can not find anyone at the hotel. I can tell there is a scam here.
