We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPillows provided were really hard and uncomfortable but they were changed when we asked. Cups in the room were tiny, fine for expresso but not much use for a tea drinker.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and had all necessary facilities, the restaurant was very good and the location is excellent, as close to the château as possible

United KingdomRoom initially allocated was on the main road, and the safe didnt work. We asked for a quieter room, and were allocated another room closer to the noisy junction ! The third room we were in was lovely and quiet.............but had a bizarre smell that we just couldnt pin down.
Hotel is in a great location, breakfast was excellent and it has a car park which was a great bonus.

The room was very nice, with balkon, very clean bathroom (all necessary products available, such as shampoo, conditioner, body milk, ...). The bed was very comfortable and very good mattress. Location : the station is on 5 minutes of the hotel; ideal if you want to visit Paris. Breakfast : excellent, very extensive buffet with fresh products (oa salmon, 3 types of cheese, cold meats, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit and yoghurt, fresh fruit juice and grapefruit juice). Fried eggs prepared in the kitchen on demand. Coffee by Illy, all types of coffees available. Self-service via an Illy coffee machine. Cappuccino, latte, ... available on request. Various teas and fresh chocolate milk. Fresh baguettes and various types of bread. Breakfast from 6.30am. The buffet is constantly replenished, everything is plentiful. We were surprised by the very tasty and quality buffet. The staff is helpful and friendly.

AustraliaThe staff in the bar were pretty unfriendly. We were given a King Suite without a bath, so we had to shuffle rooms after a time while they found one with a bath as was initially booked. After a full day out and bags left in storage, they were still not taken to our room when we returned at 4 pm, and the sofa bed was also not made up even though we had requested it previously. These things could have been better for the price we paid—first-world problems, I know.
The hotel is beautiful and is a quick walk down the road to the Versailles Palace. The staff at reception were friendly and rectified any problems we had as quickly as possible. The beds were large and comfortable and rooms are lovely.

United KingdomWe had a superior room with a balcony and breakfast , room located on the 4th floor. Room was smaller than expected, wear and tear and some cleanliness and maintenance concerns which you wouldn’t expect on this rating Hôtel. Only one pillow each, breakfast limited on hot food, teas not to my pallet I was restricted to only coffee. The price for this short break inclusive of breakfast was ok, however be mindful of more taxes are added to your bill that was implemented in January 2024 which did not reflect the booking total with taxes. This hotel if booked on a different platform is far more expensive and does not reflect your stay and you would be disappointed.
Great location to and from the nearest station and the palace. On entering the hotel it echoed the pictures seen prior and looked very good. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, we declined as we wanted the balcony, we were given a complimentary drink each. Fridge in the room with water bottles, great hairdryer , mattress comfy. A majority of the staff were friendly. A nice touch leaving heart chocolates on Valentine’s Day in the room.
