There was nothing that I would have an issue with about my stay

It was conveniently located within walking distance to the Palace. There were two elevators and easy taxi access. Numerous restaurants were within walking distance. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. I travel frequently and this hotel is the top of my list for places I would recommend to others.

It did get busy on mornings waiting to be seated for breakfast but it was also a holiday weekend which may have accounted for some of the wait time. However, this was only a minor issue/inconvenience overall for me.

I choose this hotel as part of a visit to the Versailles Palace which worked out to be great as I didn’t need to commute from Paris early and walked two minutes to the entrance gate instead. The hotel is also less than 5 minutes from the Versailles Rive Gauche station and is serviced by the RER C line that goes to and from Paris Centre..The room was adequately spacious and the bathroom was big for France. Breakfast was very good and the selection was varied. The rooms seemed to be well insulated from noise and mine had a lovely balcony with a nice view of the courtyard. The sunset views were also great.

Slightly corporate feeling. No swimming pool but we knew that when booking

The breakfast is big but a bit pricy.

The property was ideally situated between the train station and the chateaux. Easily walking distance. The hotel is attractive and very comfortable. The complementary products in the room are clarins. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Pillows provided were really hard and uncomfortable but they were changed when we asked. Cups in the room were tiny, fine for expresso but not much use for a tea drinker.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and had all necessary facilities, the restaurant was very good and the location is excellent, as close to the château as possible

Room initially allocated was on the main road, and the safe didnt work. We asked for a quieter room, and were allocated another room closer to the noisy junction ! The third room we were in was lovely and quiet.............but had a bizarre smell that we just couldnt pin down.

Hotel is in a great location, breakfast was excellent and it has a car park which was a great bonus.

There's nothing not to like.

What a spread we had for breakfast! The hotel is within walking distance to the Palace of Versailles which was our plan. The hotel is near to the train station and there are fast foods in the vicinity. If your plan is to sleep in a bit more, and be in the queue before 9am to visit the palace, this would be the hotel to stay in.

Parking garage is difficult to navigate and parking fee is a bit pricey. Room was nice but small and shower was a bit awkward due to shower head position and drain

There was a very noisy alarm during checkout. Not sure if it’s to make guest checkout on time or it was just coincidental but it was not explained to us.
