I originally booked the hotel because I though it was a walking distance to the main town. I spent a bit fair of money constantly calling taxis. There was no internet availability unless you paid for it, an extra cost if you wanted cleaning done

I had food in the restaurant which I did enjoy, the staff were also nice I used the spa and the massage was also great, a very good team

Hot water runs out quickly, so you have to wait for a bit if you shower second. The wifi was a bit spotty.

The location was great. Right next to Bagatelle which is one of the more famous beach clubs. The staff was really nice and friendly. Did not use the pool but the facilities on site are really good and make for a great resort. Very family friendly if you have kids - a lot of activities for them and for people of all ages (e.g., scheduled soccer and beach volleyball ball events, aqua yoga)

It looks cheap and the details are not there. For example, the hair dryer worked for 5 minutes only and then we needed to wait for it to cool down to use it again. There were also a lot of construction around

No where nice to place your sun loungers outside our hut 616 the ideal spot was given to a parking space ??? Personally mattress far to hard for myself and my husband and the pillows far to soft . Needs an area to prepare the food in the kitchen like a pull out counter above the dishwasher Swimming pool heater broken .

A little far from St Tropez for people with no car when there is no bus or shuttle service available. Towels for the pool/beach would be most welcome so we don't need to use our bath towels or pay €12 extra.

I would like to have more space for the clothes.

The beach is very closed to the village and it’s super! There are many different kinds of accommodation - from small to with jacuzzi on the second floor, old and just renovated. Even the old one and the smallest are comfortable. The location is perfect - the only 12 minutes drive to the Saint Tropez center.

Anything you needed extra was charged. Towels, hair dryer, wifi after the small complimentary limit was reached. All food venues were expensive. Didnt use the pool as it was packed with small kids and families all the time. Limited space to relax around the pool during peak summer time.

Excellent location on the beach, you will need transport to travel anywhere else. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good a/c for the hot summer month. Good local shop for basic needs and food. Beach club music was shut off 9pm every night so noise was never a problem.

Taxis in the area are a nightmare, very unreliable and expensive - 35Eur to go 10 mins into St Tropez. We walked in one morning, gorgeous walk and only an hour! Make sure you bring dishwasher tablets and washing liquid with you and some basics like cooking oil, salt etc unless you want to buy them at the supermarket. The clubs on the beach do play very loud music but everyone seems to just get on with it so not the worst. Some bottled water on arrival would be good for guests and an offer to collect you and your luggage on a buggy would be good as dragging it up the gravel wasn’t the most fun end to the holiday.

Amazing location, property was clean, fast check in and check out. Supermarket was always well stocked and reasonably priced. So much to do for everyone and anyone. Air con was great. Was worried about the noise reading other reviews but it generally stopped at a reasonable time and inside the cabin was fairly sound proof. Everything you need inside the cabin even sun loungers to drag to the beach, you don’t need to spend a fortune every day if you are willing to utilise the self catering properly - we often left the beach for an hour to come back to have lunch at the cabin etc :) a fantastic stay.

Every day from 2 pm to 8 pm you annoying music in your ears. Which is bad- really bad. We only stayed 2 nights and that was too much!

WIFI costs money! 6 euros per day They charge extra 10 euros to make the beds for your arrival day otherwise you will do them yourself this is an expensive hotel and there are minimum hospitality services and standards i would expect i wouldnt repeat it because i didnt leave the venue with a cozy warm feeling

The Kasais (little huts) are not what I expected. Whilst on the outside they are very nice, the inside is another story. They are made of plastic and are extremely tight. It's very similar to being inside a boat, with very small rooms and no real space. They don't make your bed (not even on day 1). The sheets are just given to you in a plastic bag and you need to make them yourself, which is not the service I expect for the price I paid.

The facilities and general ambiance are really good. It gives you a "Caribbean" vibe. Having a supermarket and a restaurant helps as well! The location is fantastic if you like the beach. It seems very safe.

However, we didn't enjoy the deck on the cabin as there was construction  next to our cabin. (Fixing or building a new cabin ) It was very noisy and spoilt the outside space. We would stay again, as long as the construction wasn't there . It spoiled the holiday as we like to be outside as much as we can

The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived a day late due to the airline strikes. The cabin was clean and spacious and the area was very pretty . The food in the restaurant was really nice and the staff, again, friendly.
