The smell of the room was quite strange and lasted the entire stay. There was a big difference between the Booking photos and the reality we found inside our accommodation. The bedrooms were really tiny. Overall, it was below expectations.

The resort has a lot of palm trees and green areas, which is very relaxing. The beach is really nice.

This is a typical camping ground with very cheaply built bungalows. You can hear when someone in the other bungalow closes a cabinet. It had all the necessary amenities, all the rooms are extremely tiny. Kitchen is rather well equipped. it's just the quality of the buildings that I'm not particularly happy about.

No major negatives, but I would recommend that you have to pay for the Wi-Fi (we booked the premium room, so we didnt have to, but I believe if we had booked a normal room we would have to pay for it). For a stay that is so far off, Wi-Fi should really be complimentary, especially in today's time.

The room and its views were simply beautiful. Easy access to the beach. Quiet location. Supermarket & multiple restaurants. The pool was very nice. Also, the property had multiple activities scheduled for each day (like aqua gym, hike, beach volleyball) and it made for a really wonderful stay. Also, the sunrise views are absolutely breathtaking!

The accommodation was much smaller than expected and the beds were not at all comfortable. The swimming pool was small for the size of the resort, and it was inconvenient to have the aquagym class scheduled every morning that took up the whole pool. The rooms were VERY hot, and even with air-con had to have windows open which let in mosquitoes.

The resort was very clean, and the children's play area although small was kept clean.

Stuff politeness could be improved with the reception girls excluded from this comment as they were all polite and willing to help with everything. Gardeners(1 in particular) kinda made me feel uncomfortable as he was caught staring at one of my female friends in our bungalow’s balcony. it all felt super secluded and isolated cause of the incredible layout of the resort but this one person felt intrusive. interior of the bungalows could so with some extra love.

absolutely incredible and heavenly location! I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to either party or chill. right by the sea, with the cosiest bungalows surrounded by white sand and tropical trees. I think it is the most special and unique place I have stayed in Europe.

I was very disappointed how unprofessional and rude the staff ( security at night and management / reception is at la toison d or and which place the facility has become. I used to go there almost every year since I was a child and it has changed so much. seems like a cheap party place for all kind of nasty people. even if there are a lot of family’s they put loud party people next to your house. it used to be a place where you can relax and unwind but not anymore. the kasai we got was old and squeezed into a area with no distance to others - no privacy or distance to neighbours - only house without parking in front - seems like they put young psrty people always close to the one house we had - was like a little ghetto - very uncomfortable - loud and no privacy at all😏. the bed/ mattress was in really bad condition - my back and hips hurt so much. we could not sleep one night without party noise. security and concierge did nothing to help us even after complaining 3 times and ask them to move us to another house located in a more quiet area they did not help us at all. on our last night they had a booking of 200 party people and guess where they were partying? right Next to our bedroom window. we asked for help but nobody did anything so we moved in the middle of the night to the neighbour village Kontiki and payed for one night there just that we could sleep. the staff at kontiki were very professional and friendly the helped us right away and gave us a room so we can sleep. next day the reception from Kontiki helped us and arranged everything with the management and connected with la toison s d or so we got a refund for the additional night that we had to stay somewhere else because of the problem. nobody in our booked facility helped us when we needed help . from 7 days vacation we had 4 days with only trouble!!! thanks again to the great staff and security from Kontiki they helped us so much!! shame on the Security and management from La toison !!

Big part of the staff doesn't speak English or not good at all. No soap in the bungalow. You have to be prepared and to buy all for your stay. I understand its camping right the way but at least soap in pandemic time could be a good idea. I arrived at night and there is no place to buy. In daytime you can buy from the shop near. No one to help you with the luggage also if you count on this like me :)

The location is perfect - right on the beach depend of your bungalow line. In the bungalow there is all the equipment for the kitchen - like plates, forks knifes and glasses. The bungalow is very small but it is new or renovated well.
