On one morning at 9:00am , I was unable to get any hot water at all in the shower Luckily I was not in a hurry, so I waited for 15 mins and hot water was available. If you are using this hotel for business, make sure you take a shower early in the morning or at night. On my second morning, I got hot water right away.

Small hotel but value for money. The location is very good if you travel through Gare De Lyon. The room is small but clean and the bed is comfy.

The shower was not good. At one point, the water just stopped and when it came back, it was cold.

The room was a bit noisy. Sounds from the street and from the elevator could be heard once in the bed and falling asleep.

Wasn’t a way to let ourselves in so if we needed to come back we had to ring a doorbell. No problem staff at the front desk are the only person there so they should fully be able to get up to make their coffee / water ect when working their overnight shift but if they had a keycard lock that would let guests in without needing staff that would be excellent. Also the lift is tiny as a heads up!

The room was excellent and modern, super clean, food was excellent. Front of house were easy to communicate with :)

The hotel only has a very small lift which would be a problem if you had big luggage.

The hotel was very well situated. The room although small had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning was very quiet which was a bonus. The reception staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice.

Some bug issues that were very much out of the owners control, however they still tried very hard to resolve. The plumping in the downstairs shower smelt very strongly when the shower was used, plumber sent out twice to try and fix but unfortunately was unable too, fortunately a second bathroom upstairs that was perfect. The electrics are very old in the house, some of the sockets didn't work and a switch in one bedroom rang the doorbell. Overall, a great space for the price, I would recommend booking but being aware that there is no aircon (although multiple fans all over the property) and it is very hot the higher in the property you go - I personally couldn't have stayed in the 3 higher bedrooms when we stayed in 35 degree heat, but that is personal preference!

The views from the property are truly stunning and the pool is really lovely. Set in a rural location but not too far from amenities you will need such as a supermarket and a few very nice restaurants (must have a car!). Whilst the lay out of the property is quite unusual, it is incredibly spacious with pretty much everything you will need. The wifi was surprisingly great considering how out in the sticks you are. We unfortunately did have a few issues whilst visiting, however I cannot stress how kind and helpful the owner and property manager were in wanting to resolve these issues for us.
