We had no problems with them but the staff could show a smile now and then. It's what were are used to in Thailand.

Big and confortable room, amenities provided. Nice balcony. Really good for what we paid. Nice pool although we didn't get to try it as we were only there for one night. Close to the beach and those beautifull sunset's.

The area is lovely although it is a little lacking in shops but the offerings from the hotel restaurant is superb

Lovey place. It is far from shops but then there’s not much in koh lanta anyway. Lots of restaurants around.

No where in room to hang towels/clothes to dry but we made it work anyway.

Enjoyed our stay. Good location right on Klong Nin beach. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The restaurant at the accommodation was nice, good spot for sunset drinks. The bar staff were amazing! Really friendly and always smiling, even put on a fire show one night. Room was spacious, fan and a/c worked well plus a fridge. Good shower and bed was comfy enough. They give you free water everyday and are happy to clean your room if requested. Able to book onward transport, tours and motorbikes from front desk. Would stay here again

There’s a fair amount of rubbish around the property, along pathways and under bungalows. A few hours of cleanup by the staff would take care of it.

The personnell was not very interested in servicing customers. When we returned the rental scooter, we did not get the passport back and it had to be sent to our next hotel in Krabi the next day and we had to pay for the delivery. The swimming pool water was too warm, not at all refreshing. The only mirror was in the bathroom. The massage was not as good as usually thai massage is.

The bungalows were right on the beach. It was really value for the money. Several very well behaving dogs.

WiFi was excellent when it worked but would drop out quite a lot in the room, but that's island life.

Staff were super helpful, location was great for us and had some excellent small restaurants nearby, we were provided with lots of free water and amenities, extremely quiet and peaceful in the rooms.

Having our meals and drinks overlooking the ocean was amazing, especially the sunsets. There are many restaurants up and down the beach. There are some rocks if you swim at the resort but you can walk along the beach to find better swimming areas. Great value for money! We will come again.

The resort is a little bit far away from bigger cities and even the next seven eleven is about 15 min per foot away, so you need to rent a scooter or to call a taxi to explore the island.

The Bungalows were very clean and comfortable, the beach was nice and a perfect spot for watching the sunset. There were many lounge chairs on the beach and the pool was also very nice. Overall the resort was a nice place for a relaxing vacation with its beautiful garden.

Quiet Bungalow back from the road, wonderful jungle feeling with Monkeys and birds. Nice veranda to relax on. Close (walkable) to several good Thai street restaurants (off the beach), massages and fruit stalls.

The road splits the accomodation in half so if you've got children and get a bungalow the other side of the road you can't just send them off to play. This needs to be made clearer when booking so that people can make a choice. Service at the restaurant is very slow. Normally not an issue but we'd just arrived after a long motorcycle ride so felt sunstroked and obviously in dire need of drinks but still had to ask 3 times and wait 40 minutes. The 2nd bed was squeezed into the bungalow so front door doesn't open fully. Tv remove batteries were dead.

Superb pool, food and drink is nice, accomodation is nice. Location is good.

Wonderful location with a great room with air con and hot water. Quiet. A short walk to the beach. Convenient restaurant and the best muesli with yoghurt and fruit for breakfast. Very relaxed Perfect for a beach holiday on a budget....

It's quite warm overnight under the mosquito net, but the ceiling fan works well!

The bungalow was a good size, had some storage for bags, the bed was super comfortable! The bathroom had decent water pressure, shampoo and soap, and nice towels. I like the hammock and seating on the porch. It's a great location across the road from the beach and very quiet, but really convenient to the pool and the beach.

The place and the beach are beautiful. The bungalows across the road are very quiet and in the nature.The people of the resort are very nice.And the breakfast as well as the diners on the beach very good.

Restaurant food took a very long time to arrive, well over an 1.5hrs for a sandwich! Was very expensive and not very nice. Much better food options along the beach. Other than that was great place to stay.

Great location, we were in the garden rooms. Lovely size cottages and great value for money. Great little pool and pretty beach.

It’s a nice part of the beach at the quieter end from most of the bars/testaurants. There are some rocky bits in the water but very nice ocean.
