A little far away from the station to head for Pais ( I needed Expo ) so used Uber, No English TV channel.

Wonderful staff, room had lots of space,excellent express breakfast and the hotel listens ro customers. I asked for a bath I was given a bath!.Thankyou. Excellent location for those visiting Rolland Garros or PSG.

The fitness area was one of my main requirements when booking this hotel, it could have more equipment. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but a bench and some dumbbells would be good. At the end of the day, neither my wife nor I used the fitness area.

The breakfast was great, the staff is very friendly, and the location is good, close to a train station and a commercial area <5 min walking. Also, there is a laundry closeby.

Room is wide and has a good view. Bed is also wide and comfortable. A bathtub is equipped and separately located from a toilet. Two of bottle water were served in the room together with a clean electric kettle. Tea bugs and coffee sticks were set every day. Hotel staffs are friendly and so kind.

If I had to be picky the shower divider doesn't do a great job of keeping the rest of the place dry. But it's not a deal breaker.

Close to shops, restaurants and transport the location is great. Room is decent with lovely balcony and very comfortable bed. A little noisy as were right next to the lift. Staff were exceptional. They all went above and beyond. Sophie- Ann was a gem.

We got the roomkey of a room that was already occupied. We entered the room when someone was under the shower there. Took a pretty long time before we got a new room. Breakfast is ok, nothing more than that. Pretty too warm in the room. Airco not adjustable, so we needed to open the door to the balcony to get any cold air.

Good location close to the metro. All major attractions of Paris within 25 minutes. Friendly staff, not everyone speaking English well, rooms are ok.

Carpet!!!!! Who uses carpet!!! Coffee set is from the 90’s! More coffee choices can surely make the difference and turn this cute hotel closer to a boutique hotel.

Very noisy elevator, there was a "ding" sound that you could hear from the room all night long (could not rest properly because of it). Poor breakfast. All I could eat was bread and cheese. No vegetables at all for breakfast. The eggs were raw and you needed to boil them yourself and also you needed to make your own orange juice. If I am travelling for work my time to spend for breakfast is limited and because I pay for it, I am expecting to have the breakfast served and not to cook it myself. Reception personnel's attitude is very diverse. Some of them are really helpful and nice, the others are the total opposite. Some parts of the hotel were renovated (like the wing I stayed in) but others look really old (e.g. the staircases).

The room was nicely furnished and clean. The room was facing an interior courtyard and you could hear birds chirping in the morning.

This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm in Paris for work! Its in a comfortable residential neighborhood, where I always feel safe, even when I'm traveling alone, and arriving at night. The price is always very reasonable, compared to other Paris hotels!

The hotel was the quietest we’ve ever stayed in. There was virtually no street noise and very little internal noise. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good breakfast was on offer each morning.
