Great location and free from CBDs traffic. Good restaurants nearby and access to Cape town's highlights.

The bathroom and bedrooms was very clean but I thought the apartment floor could be more clean, it needed a deep scrub and I didn't like walking around without shoes on. Otherwise everything else felt clean.

Location is crazy good, staff were super friendly and helpful, it felt extremely safe. There are 2 restaurants on the property, and a great breakfast. I didn't use them but the rental bikes are a great add!

On early checkin there is no clear indication on where one can have drinks or coffee. The waitress I asked something to drink from didn’t assist me and maybe going forward have options for people who check in early to chill and buy something to drink or have a vending machine cause the roof top bar only opens at 12pm. Also, please have bathroom sprays.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and super helpful, they went out of their way to help with anything. Susan was particularly lovely as was the waiter at the pool. Facilities were good and location was perfect, lovely walks along the seafront.

Breakfast was quite often cold and there was a lack of space when trying to self serve. The lift was ridiculously slow and there were too many employees using it during peak periods. The WIFI was intermittent and became frustrating to use. When checking out I was quite aggrieved that I was charged for water and offered no compensation for the lack of WIFI.

The room was a great size and pool area had spectacular views.

- The rooftop pool wasn’t as impressive as the pictures and it felt a bit run down but the bar staff were really attentive and good sunbeds. - could be more wardrobe space and hangers but very minor issue - the hotel seemed more suitable for families (due to the play area) the rooms aren’t very sound proof so if you’re on that side of the hotel you can hear the play and bar area - whilst our room was cleaned in the day, the window was opened (assuming to air the room) - the hotel should ensure guests have utmost security and cleaners leave windows locked.

Very clean, spacious rooms. The staff is very attentive, super friendly and supportive whenever we had questions. Very good location with everything you need in walking (or short Uber drive distance). And of course the pool on the roof :)

- building is dated - overall quite noisy - WIFI signal is not good

- breakfast was okay (food was made to order) - parking was complementary - comfortable bed - very spacious accommodation - restaurants were in walkable distance

Hosting a 21st birthday on the roof pool deck on a Monday not such a good idea and the spa is closed. This should be made clear to gusts beforehand.

I wanted to extend my stay for two extra nights and I informed the reception the first time I checked in. However, the second night they informed me that the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist supposed to inform me that the hotel might be busy the next day, so I would’ve extended earlier. Anyway, I booked another hotel and the problem was solved.

The room was extremely cozy and wonderful.

The bedroom in the deluxe suit is very small. Not enough space to move around for 2 people.

The apartment is cosy, has all amenities.The staff are friendly and very helpful. The proximity of the hotel is great. Walking distance to the promenade. Lovely restaurant on the roof top, food is great.

Location ok, close to the main area in seapoint but need to cab to the waterfront (mainly at night) for safety

Nice rooms and rooftop bar/restaurant area. Wish we were there in summer to utilise the pool, looked great! Staff very helpful, breakfast great too.
