We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Friendly staff, great location in Town, minutes from all local bars and restaurants. Rooms a little dated but clean and tidy, with daily room service and fresh towels if requested. Some rooms (14&15) are external to the hotel but this was not a problem for us. Several sets of steps to these rooms, so maybe difficult for those with mobility problems. Breakfast was good for continental style. Rather small number of seats/tables, so a little busy with skiing groups all heading out at same time.

United KingdomI booked a room as soon as they were available for booking (around 6 months ahead) and in my booking I requested twin beds, but I was given a double. Also the shower head did not hang on the wall properly so the shower was very poor.
The hotel is very well situated for the restaurants and shops in the pretty village. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location in the heart of the town with access to a wide range of bars and restaurants all within a 5 minute stroll. Rooms are a decent size. Balcony rooms have a good view of the town in action. Hot water is plentiful. Simple buffet breakfast. Plenty of options. Nice environment looking out into the Main Street. No hot option available but nice jams to go with freshly baked bread and croissants.

The room and location - brilliant. It's right in the center of the town, all restaurants are literally a minute away.

Additionally, breakfast was only a (very good) croissant, bread, and drinks and was $9 per person which is too much for a croissant and a drink. If they offered more breakfast options it would be more convenient.
