The location was excellent, easy access to the metro, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I was nervous I was travelling alone with my 10year old but I did not have to worry as I felt so safe.

We informed the hotel at booking that it was our first anniversary and they kindly upgraded us to a room with a special view! All newly renovated and modern and good area with nice restaurants, metro and cafes nearby. Would highly recommend

Victoria palace hotel is in a great location, near the metro and shopping streets. The staff was very nice and helpful, gave us excellent recommendations of restaurants. The rooms were clean and in hige maintenance. Although the hotel is in a central lication - it was very quiet.

Ariski's attentiveness ensured every aspect of our stay was impeccable, from surprising us with a breathtaking room on the 7th floor offering panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower to arranging our indulgent sauna sessions. The attention to detail was truly remarkable, with everything exuding a sense of freshness, crispness, and cleanliness. The location couldn't have been more perfect, allowing us to effortlessly explore the beauty of Paris. Every moment spent at the hotel felt like a dream, with nothing less than perfection in every aspect. Breakfast was rich with some variation from day to day. Not much to choose for vegans though. Room was cleaned every day and overall everything was neat. Street and corridors were quiet at all times, even on friday night.

The hotel's prime location near multiple metro stations and bus stops was highly convenient. The hotel staff displayed exceptional kindness, assisting us in booking a restaurant table and accommodating our requests with enthusiasm. Despite opting for the smallest room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, which exceeded our expectations portrayed in the photos. Additionally, the bathroom boasted ample size. The hotel's aesthetic appeal and pleasant aroma added to our overall satisfaction. We left thoroughly pleased with our experience at the hotel. We will be back.

The bed was a bit firm/hard for our liking.

Location of the hotel was ideal - close to the metro, a lovely Bistro right across the street and lots of stores/bakeries close by. Area felt safe and clean.

The family connecting rooms was a wonderful set up for our family. Spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with a modern touch, we had more than enough space to unwind when we got back from our long days of sightseeing. Our kids loved the breakfast buffet and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel was located near three different metro stops (all within very short walking distance) - so we were always a short ride away from our next adventure. A truly delightful stay.

Property is gorgeous. Clean with beautiful decor, beds are very comfortable, bathrooms and general areas are super modern. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Location is fantastic, super easy to get to all main attractions, area is also lovely for cafes and, shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Amazing hotel with tasteful decorations, comfortable modern rooms. Highlight is the bed and linen offering a perfect sleeping experience. Breakfast is a ten as well.
