For the price point, I would have expected a little more from the accommodations. The place was loud inside, you could hear doors opening and shutting. Upstairs you could hear people moving around in their rooms. The hallways definitely have that lingering smoke smell and the rooms, while clean, could have used a second go over. The location is convenient though a little confusing to get it at first since it is not actually at the mall, but close by. Nothing else to really speak of there. It's off a main highway and not a whole lot view wise. Lastly, they give you a whole bunch of towels, but oddly three small pillows for a King size bed for two people.

Affordable and centrally located. The accommodations were sufficient and the central location was hard to beat. Staff were nice and helpful and plenty of parking.

We had to call the office 2 times to get the tv fixed. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a women already waiting and 2 more people came in after. Tried to call, phone on counter rang.

During the bicycle trip, I passed there, but it was so difficult and dangerous to get there with a bicycle cause the road condition and lots of crazy drivers.

King size bed was super comfortable. Also, the bathroom was clean.

Terrible shower only worked as handheld, and very low water pressure. Tricky to get the A/C to work, but I finally got it. Great to have a coffeemaker in the room, but impossible to use it safely on the tall hutch--maybe they should leave it unplugged so the customer can move it to a more convenient location. If this place has breakfast, they never mention it at check-in.

Very convenient location, clean and reasonably priced. Easy to check in and out. Great blackout curtains. Quiet and comfortable. Appreciated the accessible bathroom. Easy to get the extra pillows I needed.

The location is kind of difficult to get to, as it is a very busy roadway out front. I never got my fifty dollar deposit back, and I left the room the way I found it.

The man who checked me in was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot when I removed my credit card from the card reader, as the reader instructed, before my card processed for the deposit. The box spring or bed support seemed to be worn and made noises every time we got into or out of bed; that didn't affect our comfort. We were glad the high and low fan settings on the A/C worked, but it was noisy, and we couldn't direct the air flow toward the bed at all. And I am concerned that the deposit is still showing twice on my credit card transactions; I was assured at checkout that this is normal. I'll see if both charges disappear when the deposit is credited back..

Very convenient location, very clean, and comfortable enough. Good TV and cable. Appreciate the fridge and coffeemaker, even though the coffee was only okay. The accessible bathroom was a huge improvement, and very nice.

Kind of an ugly location, but that didn't matter. The bathroom outlets didn't work; we adjusted. Going to the bathroom was scary, because the toilet was low, the floor was slippery, and there were no grab bars. The bathroom fan was noisy but pretty ineffective, so the floor got even more slippery after we took showers. The air conditioner was loud, but it worked; I wish I could have adjusted the fan speed. I also wish I had gone back to the lobby and asked for extra pillows.

The room was very clean, and the price was decent. It was pretty comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Glad to have TV, coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave for my overnight stay. The location was very convenient to my daughter's apartment and Route 1, and the drive was easy. It was good enough for our needs. The room was extremely clean, quite comfortable and quiet, and we slept well and felt safe.

The room itself was not completely clean. The bedding was clean and the toilet, sink and tub were cleaned but the floor had never been swept, the night stands and tables were not cleaned off. Sticky substances on the tables and something smeared and hand prints all over the headboard. Hardwood floor you could see dirt all over it.

Pulling in it looked a little sketchy. I wasn't aware of the $50 additional deposit until I checked in. The bathtub was dirty, there was gum stuck to the top blanket of the bed, and I'm not sure if the AC unit has been cleaned in a while because even with taking allergy meds daily, both of our allergies were pretty bad upon waking up.

It was very close to a lot of stores and cheap. The staff were friendly.

The morning I left. I was polite and friendly.The girl at the front desk was miserable, rude, and got angry when I asked for a receipt. You would do well to replace her. She is going to cost you customers. Everything else was great.

The TV reception is always bad and skips or is frozen for most or all of our stay, I cleaned the room/bathroom myself when I arrived with a white rag and oh my goodness, there was hair and some brown stuff all on the sink, and the shower walls were very dirty as well.

This hotel is literally 1-5 miles from every activity/place we wanted to go to.

The toilet running after you flush it, there was a horrible smell in the room as well.

I had to put down a fifty dollar deposit for the room when I got there and I had to pay $85 for the night. The toilet just ran all night after you flush it. There was all so a musty small like damp water spill under the air conditioner. But it was very quiet as like it.

The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes. There was no breakfast despite the free breakfast we were supposed to receive. The breakfast room was a utility room, so we didn’t miss it, it doesn’t exist. The coffee was awful and in our room we couldn’t have made our own because even though there was a coffee machine, there was no coffee pot to brew it.

....there a fresh urine spot in the bed and urine in the trashcan in the bathroom I didn't notice till the next day due to getting there around 3 am and being exhausted. So not only was it there but I slept in it. When I told the owner the following day I was called a liar. And any receprication or even apology was made. The room deposit also took almost 2 weeks to be returned to my accou mgt after that.

The rooms are well furnished in good condition and every bed has the most amazing super soft fuzzy blanket on them.
