Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Room was spacious with super comfortable beds. Well setup gym with amazing sauna. Breakfast was outstanding. Cannot fault this place- 10/10!

- the bed was not comfortable at all. Quite stiff. If you like a soft bed/mattress, you would have a bad sleep.

Out of all the times we have stayed in Paris, this was the most pleasant, with the very accomodating and professional service by Areski (reception staff) who welcomed us and made our stay comfortable from the start to the end. The hotel is very well located with nearby shopping/restaurant and transportation. The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious and very beautifully decorated. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Our stay here was wonderful - the very friendly check-in with Alan, a lovely and spacious room which was very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, metro stops nearby and easy access to all the major sites - we would definitely stay again.

Room was small but very smart and comfortable. Lights etc were easy to operate which isn't always the case. Location for me was very good. Near three metro stations and an easy walk to good shops bars and restaurants. Lots of variety at breakfast - all excellent quality. Nice bar with good atmosphere.

There wasn't really anything bad. Couldn't work out how the air conditioning worked in room. Nor really the coffee maker -- though staff did offer to help

No bath provided in the bathroom despite hotel room description stating a shower AND a bath would be provided in the junior suite. Unfortunate misinformation on the hotel’s behalf which was frustrating and disappointing as we wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known as this was a facility we wanted.

Good quiet location near bustling shopping area. Some nice local restaurants. The hotel is very smart and clean having been recently renovated. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Poor reception area. Poor answering of phone from room to reception

Location excellent . Lovely hotel and nice spacious room. Great bathroom and shower. Should be water in room. Should be better more spacious reception desk and phoned answered at reception more quickly. Overall excellent experience and lovely hotel and staff.
