You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe advertising wasn't clear. I thought it was a hotel, and it was definitely more of an airbnb. I would recommend a clearer explanation of the facility so people are better prepared, i.e., pick up your groceries, car needed.
The location was excellent, and the room felt spacious with the high ceilings and big windows. Easy access to the ocean, and the property was extremely nice. Parking on the premises was also a major bonus. We didn't actually swim, but we did take advantage of the incredible boardwalk. The little restaurant huts along the way were a wonderful bonus. You could pick up water or coffee to refresh as you took a long walk.

United KingdomCleanliness was good but I wouldn’t say spotless. It would have been nice to have a vending machine or some such to get some water or a snack.
It was nice surroundings to be in. We really liked the pool area and the jacuzzi- it was shady and well kept so a good place to relax. The room was nice too on the whole and the bed was pretty comfortable. The location was good as it was only 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was also great to have free parking on site. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

United KingdomA cup of tea or coffee and some milk in the fridge would have been a nice welcome to our stay. A little bottle of shower gel would have made our first night rather pleasant as, on our arrival, we had no idea where we could do the shopping.
The villa was clean and comfortable. The bed gave us an excellent night's sleep. It was very well situated for everything we wished to do in Biarritz. Having toilet rolls available on arrival took away an immediate necessity and was greatly appreciated.

This property while very well situated has aged and its facilities clearly need upgrading. When we arrived, there was no staff member available and we finally managed to make our own way to the apartment.The air conditioning in the room initially assigned to us was not working with 40° outside. After protesting to the singularly unhelpful manager Silvia, a technician arrived. he was most helpful and immediately recognized that a problem existed and transferred us to another studio apartment which had a functioning air conditioning unit. We were very grateful to this technician, Talib, who made up for the remarkably offensive attitude adopted by the manager Silvia.

OmanCats food in reception, no cleaning staff, no breakfast possible due to no availability of kitchen staff, requirement for emptying own trash into outside trash bins, unkept gardens, requirement for extensive refurbishment of the property, headroom for bed only 2 ft from the ceiling (claustrophobic), clothes rail behind a free standing light in the living area, poor quality generally and obviously run on a shoestring by the property owner/s.
