Smell of cigarettes seemed to be permeating in through bathroom vents?

Location first class . Hotel just a bit dated . Staff were great . Felt it was expensive for what it was but that’s perhaps Nice prices at this time .

No real problem but they hiked up the room price leading up to Formula 1 GP (as many places do) so I moved around the corner to another hotel ( bit fancier as well) to save $80/night

Overpriced. Room very small and curtains didn’t cover the whole window, people could see us from outside.

It just needed some tlc. The latch on the door had a screw missing the lock was not attached properly. It was a noise area

To be able to make coffe in the room. The room was a bit small. It was not easy to get the suitcase into the room, because of the staircase. But this was not a major problem to me.

The location was perfect, Bathroom was good. I loved the little balcony.

Thin walls - go woken up in the middle of the night by a late arrival who made no attempt to be quiet - not the hotel's fault.

Lovely location on edge of old town and a large carpark less than 5 mins walk away. Friendly welcome, disappointed that breakfast was provided but we found a nearby café. The TV reception was terrible but we were there one night so we did without. Would stay again.

The location is great. Right on the edge of the old and new town with many choices of Restaurants. The parking station is very close by.

It is a little tired but I rather like that. There have been complaints about the stairs. They are absolutely fine.

The position is great . In the old town but at the edge so not so busy.We had a balcony so the best of all worlds. Very close to our favourite bar and Place Garibaldi .😊 We ate here too and that was good value.

Myself and my friend had booked this hotel. It had mixed reviews so we were unsure what to expect. It does not have a lift, just stairs , but this was not an issue for me and my friend. I loved this little hotel and I felt it had a lovely vibe. The receptionists were extremely nice and helpful as well as accommodating to us. The location in old town was convenient to many places, tram etc. Gabriel the waiter was great to speak with and also very helpful and good personality. They served good wine which was reasonably priced. Myself and my friend enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. Hopefully I will back in the near future. Thank you

The room size is a bit small but manageable. It didn't have options to iron clothes, in case you take shirts.

The location was very good and the neighborhood pleasant. The room was nicely decorated, the staff very hospitable and ready to help with any request.

It was very old and I was on the second floor which meant there were a lot of steps to climb with a heavy suitcase. There isn't a lift due to the age of the building..The room was very small and you couldn't open the bathroom door up completely due to the bed being too close. There was also a fairly lsrge hole in the ceiling.. also the door to the balcony wasn't lockable but luckily I was on the second floor so I wasn't too concerned.. i would advise that the room I stayed in was only big enough for a solo traveller..definitely not big enough for a couple. There is not enough space to put your luggage.

It would be even better if an elevator could be installed. Since there is no elevator, I had to carry my bulky suitcase up and down.

I think the location, sanitary environment of this accommodation and the service attitude of the staff are very good.

I liked the cleaning, the bathroom was big enough. The room has air conditioner! The staff was very kind with us, I really appreciate that.
