Due, I guess, to age of building there was little sound proofing between rooms and we could hear lots of footsteps from corridor/rooms above. This didn't bother us too much though and we had a good night's sleep.

Great location in mon matre surrounded by loads of great restaurants and things to do. Staff were really friendly when we checked in and checked out. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Less noise from the street than expected based on location

Location in Montmartre is very touristic, the streets are overcrowded at times and many nearby places are overpriced for what they offer.

The rooms are clean and reasonably sized compared to average hotel room in Paris. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect, access to literally everything in Paris. Short walk to the iconic montmartre location and a short 20 minute metro ride to central Paris. 1 way road so no need to fight traffic while walking.

Elevator was not working on the day we were checking out. Since it was early morning, there was only one staff available. We had to resort to carrying our 30‐kg luggages down four flight of stairs.

Staff were accommodating. Also, location is perfect! The hotel is near bus and metro stations, shops, and restaurants.

The lighting was poor. There was only one electrical socket that I could use, and it was in an awkward position. It wasn't near a mirror. I was unable to see when blow drying my hair. I had to squeeze the ironing board between the bed and the window in order to plug in the iron. There wasn't much space to move around and it would have been a struggle for 2 people.

The location was lively. I liked having a balcony to sit out on. The receptionist were helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

The bed and bathrooms for the family room was not as advertised in the pictures - the bed was a futon converted to a bed, and the bathroom was smaller than anticipated (specifically the shower).

I think the carpeting in the room is looking a little old, but otherwise, the room is quite nice.

This is a great hotel. The room, bed, and bedding were SO comfortable. It is a nice size room (for Paris anyway) with very nice decor. Despite the fact that my room faced the street, once you closed the windows, the room was very quiet. I like the location in Montmartre which feels a little less overrun by tourists and crowds while still having a ton of Parisian charm.

It must once have been a grand property as the entrance tiles still tell…. it has been renovated at some point but looks a bit dated now compared with other hotels around that area that I have stayed at.

the location is excellent, the small scale, the comfortable rooms, excellent beds, welcoming vibe, sitting area in reception, beautiful entrance, the decor and lighting, the bathroom, the stairs, the fact there was a lift for our suitcases, and ambience of the hotel, the total opposite of a big corporate type...and the fabulous padded wallpapaer linign the walls of the room that provided excellent acoustic quality and a lovely sense of calm

Slightly inconvenient the micro size of the shower, you can’t bend to wash your feet without poking your back outside the cubicle :) I didn’t try breakfast as they are so many excellent places nearby with an array of choices.

Very clean, comfortable, very fresh towels and bedsheets Good quality toiletries. Staff very helpful, left the bags in custody for the day, before Eurostar departure. Moulain rouge is 5 min down the street, it is worth going!! Tube station is Blanche, 5 min walk as well. Short walk to Sacre Coeur. Comfortable!

The lead on the kettle was too short to allow it to be plugged in when on the table! I had to move it onto the floor which I felt was unsafe. Room quite dark - no ceiling light and very hot at night despite heating being off and it being cold outside (March).
