The cleaners were a bit pushy and tried to clean while we were still in the room even though we said we didn’t need it. They didn’t put duvet’s on the third pullout bed, only sheets.

Central location, accessible by train or taxi to nair if the attractions. The locality of the hotel itself is premium with good bakeries, eateries, friendly & helpful staff at the hotel reception.

carpeted floor on hotel room. Shower is not good if you are tall (over 190cm) this is common problem with these hotel rooms. Designed for 165cm people’s.

Good lobby for doing some business after customer meetings. Nice and warm stuff.

Nothing not liked anything about this hotel.

We basically liked everything regarding the property. They were very accommodative and allowed us extra hours for check out. Really impressive

The shower glass was not efficient, as every time we had one it would flood the bathroom.

The staff was friendly, right away confirming that we could keep our luggage if we arrived early in the morning, and when we got there, they managed to get us a room to check-in right away. Location wise, although near Metro station, the area was a bit "grey".

They did not accept 2Adults+1infant+1seven year old child in one room which supposed to furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed then we got another room with same price to comply the hotel policy but our room was always empty , because we used to sleep together with our little children.I am a friquent traveler and it was the first time I encountered this kind of policy .

It is a modern hotel , 5 minutes to the metro Clichy,clean , regarding the IHG standards

Lightning in the bathroom was quit poor. Fitness room was limited. No swimming pool.

Very nice and diverse breakfast. Good size rooms and shower. Staff was always nice and smiling. Different types of tea. Good bed and different pillowes.

We didn't like the fact that morning staff at restaurants started packing up the breakfast buffets and switching off the coffee machines at 10am while dinners are still eating. It was out of standard to observe people rushing to queue up at the remaining coffee machine to get coffee or hot drinks. My children avoided going to get hot drink because the queue is much. Packing up cheese, milk, croissants, yoghurts, fruits, breads, etc, and seeing that omelette chef stop making omelette while the restaurant is full of people eating is not a good sight to behold in a supposed 4-Star Hotel. We felt that we are being rushed out of the restaurant at because its 10am. It is true that breakfast is between 7am and 10am, but that does not mean that staffs will immediately start packing displayed foods immediately at 10am even when you can see residents arriving for breakfast. I didn't like that at all and I brought it to the attention of the Duty Manager who promised to do something about it.

Food was nice. Guys at the restaurant during the night time were super good. Location is central, and access to city centre and holiday attractions was very good with constant Bus services. The hotel is 4-5mins walk to tram, and Two other Port de Clichy Metro station. Its also close to eateries, restaurants and wine shops. Again we arrived early and were availed of early check in. When we complained that the air-condition in the room isn't working, we were relocated to another room also close to our children. The staff were really nice especially the guys at the receptions.

No working toilet in the hotel except in the rooms. Some of the staff at the restaurant are behaving non professional.

Location is not great, most of trains and buses to main attractions was not possible so you need to travel by taxi. Breakfast , no gluten free bread.

Without the card hanging on the door, they open with their extra keys at least twice when I was sleeping. Thou the lady apologized 😊.

Nice place. I will lodge here again next time. Very clean and comfortable.
