The room was very small and felt cramped, many things in the room and bathroom need to be replaced, not enough electric sockets for chargers etc, very uncomfortable to make tea and coffee, weak water pressure, very hard pillows. For this price you’d expect much more.

No parking area and relative service. The classic room is very tiny, and we ordered a room with two separated beds, but received a room with only one bed, then after many calls and waited for long time, they sent a room service to change sheets and covers from a big one to two small ones, though two beds still attached. Well, the rest is good.

As the nam,e implies, it is at west end of town/promenade, making it a bit far from old town and habor area Staff was not helpful in arranging early (4:30 am) ride to airport. Rather high pressure pitch to book "private" car at userous price. When inquired about just calling a taxi at checkout, they basically said at that time of day, might not be possible, and also said we should count on Uber that early either. Turned out there was taxi waiting for customers at taxi stand just outside of hotel, and upon checking, Uber was just minutes away (at price less than half of private car)

First of all the hotel itself was quite the antique and we liked the history of it and then location is fantastic. The upgrade on our room was mDe by the reception and we moved to a better room with much better view and we did like this. All and all everything was great and we enjoyed our stayed.

There was some renovation work ongoing on the building facade during our stay, but this did not impact on our enjoyment of the Hotel.

Staff were welcoming and helpful - but it was our 6th time at the Hotel! If we keep going back to the same place that often it says a lot about standards being maintained and constantly being improved.

We only stayed a night. Was a good experience overall. The room and the hotel interior is a bit dated, but nothing that'd spoil your trip. The bed, however, was pretty bad. Mattress was super uncomfortable. But again, for a night it was a good choice.

Room had an amazing view of the promenade. Staff was very attentive and professional.
