very expensive considering we did a group booking, €166/night was a bit steep, and to then not include breakfast and charge that at €32 is just insane!!! I can get a full roast dinner in London for that. This is just not justified, considering your labour costs are much lower than in Europe.

good size rooms, nice decor, especially lighting, great views, bathrooms well rules with good water pressure/plumbing etc… characterful communal areas. lots of heavy tile, stone and wood interiors. staff were excellent. v good internet, accessible without password anywhere on the property.

The reception area with its permanent requests for credit card authorization is not guest friendly and consumes endless time. This is not the fault of the employees, but certainly is due to the internal ssecurity system not trusting anybody. Could be better handled by looking to other hotels how thy handle the pre-payment procedures if applicable at all-

Lack of service and any speed, extremely bad attitude by the receptionist at 5am which is a time when you need efficient and good service. I had to go over to the Park Inn reception where I meet an extremely helpful receptionist who solved my request in 1 minute with a very positive and service minded attitude. Why pay much more for this hotel when Park Inn is much better and basically offers the same facilities at a lower price?

Unable to get hot food - only salad at 19:00. No hot water anytime. air conditioning not working room too hot. all this for €180, much better at Fly hotel which is significantly cheaper, hot food, nice shower and air conditioning rooms. yes not a great location next to airport and small plain hotel, but you will have a better stay

First night : an invasion of cockroaches in the first room. Got another room the next day ( with no gesture to compensate) Second night : you can't have room service delivered in the bar or the restaurant. Reason given was the most stupid thing I've heard this year ( this includes trump speeches) Third night : Air conditioning stopped working at 10pm. In Libreville. During the start of the dry season... During the whole stay the Hotel director was nowhere to be seen. And all I hear where "new rules set up by the new management". Dear director I don't know if it an excuse or you are just blissfully unaware of the level of complete customer-hostility of some of your rules but this is an unmitigated disaster. The restaurant/bar people exudes complacency and frankly laziness Honestly this hotel doesn't deserve the Radisson Blu badge. and this is coming from a big BIG fan of the Radisson blu brand and hotels.

The only thing to like is the staff at the reception. The reception manager and Jemima are the gems of this hotel The rest was a non stop string of disaster and inconvenience. the location is good and the view on the ocean is pleasant
