“Great location in a lovely village with couple of nice restaurants and lovely bay ideally suituated for walks and cycling with a stunning beach nearby. The house was immaculate with an extensive range of facilities and we were warmly welcomed with complimentary wine and biscuits and a personal visit from the local priest with fresh croissants. Would definitely come back again !!”

David and Penny gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our room. This was warm and cosy with delightful views across the lock.
The room was furnished with beautiful old furniture which gave it an antique charm.
The meals served were excellent. First starters I had Grandads secret recipe Gravadlax which was truly divine. Then I enjoyed a large piece of halibut in a creamy crab sauce whilst my wife had chicken in a creamy leek sauce. Both were beautifully prepared and both were so delicious we had to try the desserts. We were not disappointed. The sticky toffee pudding and the chocolate fudge were amazing.”
