“The location was great, Within a short walk to the town, but feeling really rural, down a bank next to the river. Parking is fine as long as you have a good handbrake. The accommodation was cosy, and warm after we got used to the heating. Kay, the person that owns the chalets is very personable, and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. There was a very good night light with integrated rechargeable torch fitted in one of the plug sockets in our lounge. I was so impressed by it I went home and ordered one for our house.”
“Double room was a bit small, so we paid a bit extra for an upgrade which was better.
The double is adequate for a nights stay.
Lovely walks in the area.
Food was very good and really lovely staff.
Would stay there again”
