“The hotel itself and the facilities are very impressive. The older parts of the building are beautiful, with decor in keeping with the architecture, and many original features retained. The room was comfortable, spacious, tasteful and spotlessly clean, with nice amenities and a great view. Staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating, especially on reception and in the Leisure Suite. My Mum and I took full advantage of the heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna, passing through the large, air-conditioned gym on the way. The location is tranquil and pleasant to walk around, plus there was plenty of free, private parking on site and a pro golf shop, buggy hire etc.”
