“The George Hotel had a lovely relaxed atmosphere, it was busy (but not rowdy) with people enjoying themselves drinking outside in the sun and in the restaurant. Nice decor throughout and our room was spotlessly clean. The food at dinner & breakfast was exceptional and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.”
“Shelia and Mark went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay at No93 Boutique Guesthouse. We arrived later than scheduled on Sunday evening, but they were both on hand to give us a warm welcome and introduction to their fabulous B&B. Mark even rang ahead to a local restaurant in order to book a table before they closed; again this gesture was much appreciated after a long day's travelling. Our accomodation on the 1st floor was cozy and spotlessly clean - perfect for a short two night stay. We also had access to the guests downstairs lounge so we could spread out and relax if necessary. Breakfasts were generous and carefully prepared by Sheila herself using good quality local produce. We would recommend 93 Boutique Guesthouse without reservation; it's in an ideal location for exploring the North Yorkshire towns and countryside.”
