The location is ideal for my purposes of visiting family close by while giving me the freedom to come and go when I wanted.
It's good to be on the edge of the village of Hoxne with a great pub and close to the little town of Eye.
Not so very far from the coast and lots of great places to visit in Suffolk and being so close to Norfolk its easy to explore there too.
When I next visit Suffolk I'll definitely be looking to see if Home Farm West is available as it makes the perfect base.
