“UNACCEPTABLE!
Well due to my disability I was given a room where I could not wash myself as I could not access the shower cubical. I was not informed beforehand, which I found totally unacceptable.
Furthermore, the breakfast was totally unacceptable and the ONLY non meat solution available to guests were one hour old scrambled eggs on toast @ £12 each. No offer of refund - not even for the breakfast!”
