  “coffee cups in restaraunt filthy , coffee machine broke, , toaster broke , had to use boiler for hot water. rooms very tired, needs total refurb.tables dirty no staff. Will never go back”

  “Free parking, canal view, communal rooms were nice and cosy. Comfy bed. Staff were friendly. Heating system worked well. Shower and hot water were decent. Garden area would be lovely to sit in the summer.”

  “Nice by the canal but on a busy road, great staff and good food at a good price, I sat in the snug area which is very cozy there was a quiz going on in the main area which was well attended and sounded good fun. The room I stayed in could do with a lick of paint and new heater and a new carpet, however it was very clean, furniture is good and comfortable. I got up late the next morning so I didn’t try breakfast but it smelled great. I would defiantly stay again.”
