“'Suite' turned out to be in what I assume is converted stable block with own entrance from car park, spacious lounge downstairs (with fridge and small TV) and double bedroom upstairs (with another small TV). Nicely furnished, spotlessly clean. 2 different packs of Border biscuits on the hospitality tray as well as capuccino and hot chocolate sachets (one of each). Large beer garden, pub lounge and very pretty dining room. Restaurant cuisine is plain English, home-cooked, competently prepared but I'm sure there are other eateries in walking distance if you fancy something different. Good English breakfast with quality bacon. No real problem with traffic noise despite location at traffic lights. Overall good enough that we may well stay again as this is such an interesting area with Ironbridge museums nearby.”
