“The location near to the tram station is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The food very good both breakfast and lunch. The room was very clean and the advantage of a bath and separate shower was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay and have booked again for 5 weeks time when we need another overnight stop.”
