“Stayed with 2 friends after a walk up scafell pike. Paul greeted us on arrival in the evening and showed us to a lovely, cosy warm and spotless room. Beds were so comfy, the room had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely- lots of choice and was cooked so quickly! Angela really looked after us, 2 lovely hosts we would definitely return! Located close to a co op. We made a short drive to the beach, and a quiet town that’s got a fish and chip shop. Visited the Pennington hotel for food which was close by - the nicest sausage and mash I’ve ever tasted!”
