“This is a good value hotel in a great location for those visiting local attractions (Fleet Air Arm Museum, lots of nearby National Trust properties etc.) or heading Westwards on A303. I assume it was initially the village pub but now more of a Restaurant/Bar with Rooms. I did not eat in the Restaurant as I had made prior arrangements in nearby Ilchester. Room was comfortable with nice bed and a desk. Nice quiet village setting but not far from main arterial road.”
