Too much stairs, but we could afford. The washbasin too short, the water fall on the floor, also because it should have opened with high pressure otherwise the blender keep closing by itself. Not much places where to hang towels in the bathroom. Anyhow in general all that is manageble.

Very clean, very silent and quiet, despite the 2 pubs on the ground floor. Very furnished. The shower very large and confortable.

Very small room, nowhere really to sit other than the bed as the chair was uncomfortable and got in the way. The gap around the door let in too much light from the corridor and I could hear what sounded like a washing machine at all hours. I had a problem at check in and it was really inconvenient to have to drag my luggage back across the road to reception to resolve it. There was a broken light in the bathroom.

Good coffee machine, good amount of crockery for 1 person, I liked being able to put the semi-sheer blind down to keep it private while still letting in light. The shower was brilliant, great pressure and temperature.

There is not lift which they should have mentioned in the description. We had a large suitcase and it was difficult to take up till 2nd floor. The lady in the reception was not very friendly. Few things in the apartment is dated. The bathroom door cannot be locked, less space to hand towels. Not much kitchen equipments, kitchen towels, limited cutleries.

Location,Kitchen,Public Transport as Underground Jubilee line is just 10 mins walk from the property. Lot of restaurant and food option. Local grocery is on the way to the West Hampstead underground station. Daily Housekeeping was appreciable.

I would have liked more options for lighting levels. The room was very dark, but the main light was very bright and the bedside lamps were focused down. A dimmer switch on the main light would have been ideal!

I wish there was more privacy when entering the code on the keypad. It would be good to have a kitchen towel to dry plates, utensils after washing up.

The location is excellent and well located to bus, underground, and rail services. The neighborhood is bustling, yet quiet in the evenings. Grocery and food options are plentiful. The room is simple, clean, and with good wifi.

Using a code to enter the building was easy (didn't need to find my keycard at the bottom of my briefcase.) However, the keypad is exposed so easy for others to view the code and enter the building as well.

It was clean, well located and quiet.

The room was on the 2nd floor (high ceelings) without an elevator. It was very small despite I booked a double. The cleaners seemed friendly although they want you gone as soon as possible on checkout day (even though technically checkout is 11, my key stopped working before then). Finally, the receptionist that attended me when I arrived was having a bad day and was not very friendly. I paid a bit too much for what I got (£135/night for a solo traveller).

I stayed here because I wanted to be close to a friend I was visiting. The property was clean and the bed very comfortable. This is important. Great neighbourhood!

The housekeeping lady did not speak English, thus she wasn´t kind and it was difficult to explain what we needed. The beds are not as good as in the photos, but we slept well anyway. Cleanliness is ok on floors and bathroom but other pieces of furniture need to be better cleaned. Getting luggage to room is challenging due to stairs, no elevator. Not sure if this was explained in description.

Easy transport and close to stores and restaurants. Cost-benefit relation is ok if you are looking for budget accommodation not too far from city.
