I had to stay an additional week after the original two days. Same room yet after asking multiple times, NO clean towels, sheets, coffee pot, pots or pans were available during that time.

The property has potential, but is not maintained. The bath door had a hole in it, an easy repair, ignored. The refrigerator was noisy. The kitchen work surface is loose, not attached to the wall.

Spacious but worn Hated breakfast. Seemed deceiving on description

Lack of toiletries in room. Hsib at front desk said shampoo bad go to Dollar Tree. After 3 times gave shampoo wouldn’t give conditioner. No hairdryer in room. Asked for dryer. They were out. Had to borrow from another room. Surfaces are worn and could use a facelift. Parking was limited. Breakfast was sad. Coffee hot water for tea or hot chocolate. And 2 kinds of muffins and Granola bars. Full size bed.

There was no hot water in the kitchen and the top hing on my door wasn't attached which made my door hard to open and close.

It wasn't as clean as I would expect & there were no housekeeping services for a 2 night stay. I didn't like the location, it felt unsafe to me. When I turned to take the outside stair entrance, there was a guy sitting on the first step vaping with a bunch of stuff spread out over the stair. It was dark at night & I audibly gasped as I couldn't see him from the front of the building. He said "my bad" & leaned so I could walk around him. There was some unidentified mess under the staircase that looked like vomit that was there throughout my entire stay.

The room is okay. The bed is comfortable. Its nice to have a refrigerator. The breakfast in the lobby is just granola bars & packets of instant oatmeal, but the coffee was very good. The front desk person Lynne, was very nice & helpful.

My wife is handicapped - in a wheel chair. I asked for a handicapped room with no stairs. I received a confirming email saying that all my needs would be met. After driving from Albuquerque, we looked forward to checking in and resting a little before dinner. I was much surprised when Jeannette told me we were assigned to a 2nd floor room, non- handicapped, and there were no elevators. She said she couldn't change the room assignments as they were set by her manager and there were no other rooms available. After standing around the lobby for a few minutes she said she had an idea and off she went. She remembered that she had assigned a handicapped room to someone who didn't need it. I wasn't present for the "how" part but Jeanette got them to change to the 2nd floor room. Bingo - we got our room. Jeanette should be recognized for showing initiative, while the person who assigned the rooms and created the confirming email should be alerted as to the trauma they caused us and Jeanette.

There were no signs directing location of rooms/numbers. It was very hard to find our room in the dark. When we entered the room, the AC was set at 60 degrees and the room was freezing. There was no coffee maker. What rooms don't have coffee makers. I didn't want to call for one. There was a sheet and a cover that was the same thickness. There was no blanket in the room. The room, though non-smoking, had a cigarette smell that I could smell on my pajamas the next day when I arrived home. There was a comfy chair but no outlet nearby for my computer without unplugging the clock. I had to enter my full name and my email address to use the WiFi (which I don't like) and you had to pay extra if you wanted to stream anything at all.

The location was good for our purposes. It had a fridge.

Facility and rooms could use some general updating and repair.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Kitchen items were available from front desk. Area is quiet and nearby plenty of stores and parks-- very lovely and convenient area. Parking is easy and included. Pets are welcome! Bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well. Room and grounds are clean. Easy to find by Google maps.

The room was outdated and the bed had no blankets and mattress was uncomfortable! The microwave didn't work and the grounds were pretty disgusting. While out walking my fur baby there was broken glass and condems as well as other garbage on-site

Kitchen floor very sticky . Blanket sets are old now and outdated, I've been coming here for about three years now and same ol tattered blankets are kinda gross. Carpet cleaning crew telling me they coming to clean my room regardless of my wishes even though I paid what I thought was about 30 dollars to much for the stay.

This is home base for me so I tend to look the other way on the minor things. I've stayed here many times. Love the location. I will be back.
