Two single beds were put together to form the large double bed, though it was still comfortable. Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice.

Location was great with a lovely view of the garden and a stones throw away from the cathedral. Room size was great and the facilities were good. Comfortable night stay.

No complaints whatever.

It was exactly as stated - check in and check out were by code numbers and there were no staff present. There’s no restaurant either but this arrangement allows for minimum outlay. The location - within the precincts of the cathedral and adjacent to the centre - was perfect.

The bath plug didn't stay in properly so we ran a bath went back 5 minutes later and all the water had gone. There is also a faulty light in the bathroom, obvious signs of a leak and the light kept flickering.

Excellent throughout. Easy check in, amazing location with free parking and great value for money. Lovely big bath towels, large airy room, perfect tea and coffee facilities.

Just could hear people in other rooms and everyone who walked past, but that was the fact if was an older building.

Probably due to the nature of the property being old with single glazed windows, we heard everyone coming and going from the property at all hours and the cathedral bells being rung before 8am in the morning, so wouldn’t say it was quiet, but it was a lovely property with lots of character and a small but very comfortable room in beautiful surroundings.

Location perfect, right in the heart of Chichester and yet quiet with a fantastic view from bedroom windows. Large, well decorated rooms with large very comfy bed. Well maintained and equipped. Parking close by is a bonus when staying in Chichester.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Excellent location, couldn't have found better. Just off main road, on Cathedral land and opposite Cathedral. Chichester is a nice city with plenty to see and lots of cafes, restaurants etc Ample parking on land opposite accommodation. Comfortable bed, ample coffee, tea and biscuits. Most impressive mugs we've ever had in holiday lets ( large with picture of Cathedral). Good shower. Ample storage. Great view of Cathedral from our window. We never saw anybody from the accommodation - but we didn't need to do. We were also upgraded on day of arrival which was a bonus.

Two minor things to be fixed: -The ceiling light was flickering when turn on and couldn’t be used. -one of the drinking glasses had an edge chipped.

Breakfast not available, but not an issue Location was excellent! All very clean and modern. Good value for money.

The location of number 4 cannon lane was not obvious. Nor the place we were allowed to park in. There were no hotel staff and only the access key was available to access hotel and rooms as well as a phone number until 5pm or an emergency number. However once we got in and parked the car the rooms were excellent. Clean and comfortable.

The rooms were big and clean and warm with nice toiletries in the bathroom. The property itself is a beautiful listed building and had a wonderful view of the cathedral.

Everything was great and there was nothing to dislike.

Breakfast not included, but there are plenty of restaurants a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean and very quiet. Parking was close by and reserved for guests. The room was convenient for visiting Chichester Cathedral and the area around it.

Bigger wardrobe perhaps but a very pleasant stay indeed. Dressing gowns are always a nice touch but they were not supplied.
