Great location; part of the Cathedral estate. Large room; very well presented and spotlessly clean. Overall a very comfortable stay. The communication re: entering the property (by code on the main door and the room.) No staff at the property. Very convenient for a trip to Chichester Festival theatre, which is within relatively easy walking distance.

Lighting was minimal - no light at the "desk"; not useful bedside light for reading. No kleenex in bathroom. No easy place to use the computer - the chair that was with the "desk" was too low to use with the desk.

The view from the window. The heater. Nice shower and towel warmer. Window seat was lovely. Location was great. The cafe nearby in the Cathedral was perfect for breakfast.

The system for accessing the property and room worked flawlessly and the room I was given had a wonderful view of the Cathedral, The room was a very good size indeed and the bed was very comfortable The property is in a very quiet location in the heart of the city and I had a very good night's sleep. A parking space was available. Although there was no breakfast option at the property, there were plenty of breakfast options within walking distance of this property.

There was nothing that could have been better.

Stunning location opposite the cathederal, our room had a view of the catherderal. It was a large room, spotless, with a very comfortable large double bed. Right in the centre of town so eveerywhere was just a short walk away.

It was a little strange not having visible staff on site, but it really wasn’t an issue.

A gem of a place. Tucked away in the grounds surrounding Chichester Cathedral. Beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms. So quiet and the view over the garden was wonderful to wake up to.

There is no hotel Lobby (my fault for not reading the messages well) all check in info was provided but since it was self check in you don’t have access before your check in time as you might in a hotel. That said, there was a person present who answered the door and allowed us to kindly drop our bags off.

Wonderful location, could not be more picturesque in the heart of the city with an uninterrupted view of the cathedral from the window. Wish we had more time there!

The fact there were no staff on site. On Saturday night there was a group of men and women staying and who came back at 1 am making a LOT of noise talking very loudly then went onto slam their doors loudly. This went on for over half hour. Very inconsiderate of them. Friday night was perfect no noise from other room owners.

Perfect location for shops, cathedral, restaurants and pubs. Loved the nearby Bishops Palace Gardens. Was quiet location. Comfy bed etc

No breakfast but easily available from cathedral cafe across the road. Large room, 2 windows, wonderful light, great views of cathedral and gardens, plenty of space, coffee maker as well as kettle. Ensuite, spacious, good shower. Excellent decor, large TV with Roku stick.

Pillows were a bit soft for us. Although the place was generally cleaned to a high standard we noticed that water in the shower took a long time to drain away and on removing the drain cover found it needed unclogging. Just a small fault in what is generally a very high standard property.

Fantastic location extremely convenient and with parking - very unusual so close to the centre of things. Accommodation was calm and peaceful and housekeeping spot on - lovely big white fluffy towels and tea and coffee and biscuits provided.
