Showering was a little uncomfortable because of the water coming from the ceiling. In the pictures, the bathroom looked much fancier than in real life. For us, it was a little uncomfortable that the bathroom was shared my so many rooms.

The room was spacious, but it would have been better if there was an extra chair in the room. The host was helpful, he showed us how everything works.

Very good position, only 10 minutes walk from Luton Train Station and from the Mall. The owner has been very supportive and talkative. Room very is essential, very clean, shared bathroom renewed recently very styling. Kitchen with essential tools, Can not say anything about breakfast. I didn't know it was included, so I bought my own things in a very close mini market. There were Thea, biscuits, coffee. It is not an hotel, a typical english house with a few bedrooms: a couple on the ground floor, a couple on the first floor. I suggest to ask before if any problems to go up the stairs. Very good value for the cost.

There was piss all over the toilet seat and toilet roll, there was no hand soap, the shower was broken. I wasn't given instructions before hand for how to get in and couldn't contact the landlord on the phone and the people in the house who were taking care of guests took about 10 minutes to answer the door to me

The street outside was dirty. There was only one bathroom for 4 rooms, and it was upstairs.

The downstairs room is very close to the street so its little bit noisy but if you have your window closed, its allright. Sometimes its hard to catch the bathroom free especialy at the morning.

It was clean and the location was very close to city center,Train and Bus station. And two big shops .The owner was very very kind and helpfull! We catch him when he was cleaning the Kitchen and he was very friendly and he was asking us if we sleep well and offer coffe to us. Very kind !

4pm is an exceptionally late check-in time, I was a lone female traveller who had landed at the airport at 1:30am, absolutely no early check-in unless I paid for an extra night

Location was a bit doggy at night time, someone was sleeping on the sofa in the living room at night, it is a bit noisy.

Room was quite warm on a muggy evening where opening the window did little to cool it down - perhaps an air conditioning unit would have been helpful? The entrance is also dark, particularly when arriving at night and leaving in the early hours of the morning. A porch light would have been helpful. As a single woman travelling alone I felt relatively safe, particularly with a separate front door lock and room door lock, but would have appreciated improved lighting.

Host was very helpful prior to stay and answered questions quickly. Good transport links: the property is located only a 5-10 minute walk away from the bus station to get to the airport and a similar distance from Luton train station. Room is much cheaper than alternative hotels on the way to the airport.

I don't know how it turned out this way, but I was sure the bathroom is in the room, while there was actually a common one upstairs - it was acceptable but I was kind of surprised.

Location was nice IN THE MORNING - it took less than 15 minutes to reach the train station on feet, but on the evening we didn't feel very safe as we arrived after 22:30 - the neighborhood was scary ;-) The price was also quite good. May be a good idea to stay overnight after late landing in Luton but only when you have a transport that will drop you off at the property's door.
