This is a very well equipped apartment close to Lancing beach. Everything worked and the host was kind enough to greet us and they had left us with some essential supplies.

The sink in the toilet is so close to the mirror that I kept banging my head when brushing my teeth. About the only thing that I would make a negative comment about.

Very comfortable, warm and quiet. Great location and car park, although that was busy when we arrived. The apartment is very well kitted out as the owner lives there some of the time so there is everything available that you could ever need. Shops and places to eat within 50 yards, bus stop outside and a regular service to Worthing and Brighton a 200 yard walk away. As a base it is perfect for exploring this part of the South Coast. My wife used to live in Lancing so we were taking a trip down Memory Lane. The apartment is built on the site of an old club, The Place, which my wife remembers well. The apartment is possibly one of the best places we have rented out!

Everything was fine but if I’m being very fussy (I am!) then possibly bigger, fluffier towels would have made for a more luxurious stay!

A warm welcome from a very kind host. This was a nice, cosy, and peaceful place to stay. Very close to the sea, easy to get around and comfortable to stay indoors when the weather was fowl!

There is no garden but the apartment had everything we needed.

This is a very lovely apartment and it is very well equipped with everything one would need. It is walking distance to the sea. Different restaurants/bars/caffees just a few minutes a way. We loved everything, even the rainy and windy weather could not ruin it for us :).

Shower pressure not great

Everything plus more that you need!! Tea, coffee, sugar, plasters, shower gel, butter, bread, Nutella, boardgames, books, eggs, cereals, cooking oil, clothes airers!! Close to local beach, easy bus access to Brighton! Margaret was a lovely host! Local pub and shops.

Note to others, parking spaces in front of bushes are left empty for a reason, I found out next morning (lots of bird poo on car) haha made me & my daughter laugh 🤣🤣

Perfect location for getting about. Had absolutely everything you needed including breakfast items. Host is friendly & helpful. I’ll definitely be booking again.

This was a lovely apartment and all home comforts were there. It was a good location between the station and the beach. It was very clean. A very extensive range of breakfast items were left plus extra bedding and towels and even towels for the beach. A very warm welcome from the host Margaret.

The road was noisy only because we live in a quiet village. The owner did supply ear plugs, my husband has no trouble sleeping its just I'm a light sleeper.

The apartment was clean and bright, a real home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner.

A perfect stay. The host used to live in the apartment so it is very homely and has everything you could need. We found ear plugs in the bedrooms (although noise wasn't an issue), ground coffee, milk, eggs and bread in the kitchen, free toiletries in the bathroom including spare toothbrushes and a very comfortable sofa in the lounge. During our stay, we needed umbrellas and a sewing kit and we found them! As I said, everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
