Breakfast and staff were excellent. The room was adequate and the location very nice.

We were not overly impressed with the breakfast, alot of the tables were dirty and it was hard to find a member of staff to get a basic thing such as a spoon. The food itself was good although the scrambled egg was very bland. We couldn't drink the coffee because it was so bitter, so we ended up getting a Costa en route to the train station.

The room itself was clean and well equipped for our needs, the bed was also extremely comfortable and it was quiet. The Towels had been shaped into swans on the bed, which was a nice touch. However, I would recommend it more for a business trip than a romantic stay.

good hotel. The entrance to the shower and sockets in the room are a little inconvenient. but these are minor things. location next to the underground and architectural monuments. We couldn’t attend breakfast because we always left early, so the staff prepared food for us at the hotel. This is a nice concern.

There is only instant coffee in the room and very limited bathroom amenities (lotions, soaps, creams, etc.), but for the price range in London, this might be standard.

I stay here about two weeks per year when working in London. It is a very convenient location and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are always very nice.

There were some things that I didn't particularly enjoy. - the plug adaptor was for sale - 6 pounds each. I found it a bit expensive... They could maybe provide some instead. - it's a personal preference, but I dislike carpets on the floor in hotel rooms. I find it extremely unhygienic since you can't properly keep them clean especially after each check-out. - our room was a bit small, I was expecting a spacier one. Although the bed was comfortable! - gym was very small and the multi-machine wasn't properly working.

-Staff were friendly and helpful. -Cozy bar with a nice atmosphere. -Nice breakfast. -Location was perfect (for my purpose) and you could either walk around to landmarks or just take the tube.

Room temperature was very warm . Staff advised us on arrival and supplied fan to try and cool room.

Good location for our trip. Clean , comfortable bed , good shower. Staff tried to help with room temperature to make it cooler.

The only thing was my view - which was a construction site with cranes etc. But as I was out the whole day and didn't book it for the view, it didn't matter to me and I would stay here again without any hesitation.

The location was top-notch!! The hotel was nice and cozy, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the room was well-equipped and big. Key tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and city centre within walking distance or easily accessible with public transport or taxi (Tate Museum - South Bank area - Borough Market - London Bridge - Big Ben etc.)

The only issue was the AC/heating system was having issues across the hotel which meant my room was constantly around 26 degrees which was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping at night to be honest.

Staff were super friendly, location was really great and near transport links as well as many bars/restaurants/coffee shops and grocery stores.

I didn't enjoy the frequent yapping of the dog in the room opposite mine during the afternoon/evening, but at least it shut up during the night. And all hotel showers really should have clear written instructions because they are never obvious to figure out.

The water dispenser in the corridor was a nice idea. Likewise, separate sections in the bin for recycling and normal rubbish. A usable fridge of a decent size! Most importantly, a comfortable bed.
